I call Bill, ask him if he could look under my car. Looks like I've Have oil leak he said come on in I'll be right there. I'm right down the street. Got there He wasn't there. Went to get coffee. The guy that was there didn't know anything. I waited 20 minutes. He must have went to breakfast. I left went somewhere else. Got my transmission taken care of. No thanks to him. He's done that before to me. Why don't he let his employee go gets the coffee because the employee could not help me not going back

Terrible service, dangerous for your safety! I went to California Wheels & Tires to buy used tires. They offered to install them for an extra fee, and I agreed. After the service, I noticed that the rear right wheel was shaking and making noises. When I went back, they first thought it was a balancing issue, but then showed me that almost all the wheel studs were stripped and loose. They immediately said it was “not their fault,” even though everything was fine before their work. I had my infant in the car, and if the wheel had fallen off while driving, it could have been a disaster. Their response? “Find a mechanic, we can’t help you.” I found an auto repair shop in the same city, where the mechanic inspected my car and showed me that almost all the wheel studs were stripped due to overtightening. One of the rear wheel studs was also damaged and had fallen behind the brake disc, causing further damage. The repair cost me $350, and that’s without replacing the damaged brake disc. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? After the diagnosis, I personally went back to the tire shop and spoke with the manager. I showed him the mechanic’s report, but he refused to take any responsibility and simply said, “We can’t help you.”

Tech didn’t know what he was doing. Got four new tires and an alignment. They broke my side skirt driving off the alignment rack. The whole car and steering wheel vibrated bad when I drove over 50mph. I took it back to re-balance and they only re-balanced the front wheels. Drove the car and it was still vibrating. I got home took off the wheels and noticed my hub centric rings were broken in to pieces. Overall experience and for the price, I won’t be going back.
