Usually I have great experiences with Geweke, not so today. Last week I called to set up an appt for an oil change. I showed up at the appointed 11 am appt only to find there was no appt in their system and they were too busy to fit me in. Not happy!

They aren't very good at being timely. Just because you have an appointment doesn't mean you won't wait a LONG time. They tell everyone the do am alignment check with every car, but they didn't do mine,

Have been coming here since I got my Ford in 2019 and more times than not it takes hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Management seems non-existent and they may want to hire more technicians since multiple people are waiting in the break room and owner's vehicles aren't getting into the bay until an hour and a half after appointment times.

brought my Ford mustang in because I was having issues with the lights. Not only did they take three days to look at it, but after all that time, nothing was actually fixed. No clear explanation, no resolution—just wasted time and frustration. I expected much better from Ford. very very disappointed with their service 👎🏻
