The repair shop it’s terrible they do not know what they’re doing . Took my jeep for a coolant leak they didn’t fix it the first time took it a second time still leaking they don’t do there job rite will never take it there again !

I was there with a friend who was looking to purchase a pickup and was greeted by a salesman. The salesman was very knowledgeable about what questions my friend had. My friend decided on a pickup he wanted to test drive but the inspections for that specific truck hadn't been completed yet and a sales manager/closer was insistent upon closing the deal without the vehicle moving an inch out of it's parking spot out back. I spotted a pickup that I was interested in looking at and possibly purchasing it for my wife but that same sales manager/closer didn't have time for me so I decided to go back to Folsom where I purchased my Ford Edge at which that deal and paperwork was done within an hour and 15 minutes. As a former salesman in a civilian capacity that a acknowledged customer is a returning customer especially in this word of mouth City we live in. Jacob at the Yuba City Dodge location is the best. Always updated me with updates and made it super easy to work with. I almost stop coming to this location because my previous advisor attempted to slam me with diagnostic fees that I didn’t ask for. Will be doing business again soon and hope Jacob helps me again. I will never buy a car from them again the service department is beyond lacking. They leave tools in my car, left our screws and have broken latches on my car. Didn't let the paint sealant dry fully when they gave it to me. Take 3 hours just to change my oil. I could complain more but why just shop else where and never buy their service warranty.

Let me start off by saying that I'm somebody with VERY challenge credit with a previous repossession when I called John Sullivan I was already defeated but I went ahead and put an application online to give it one last try. I got a call soon after by a gentleman by the name of Lyric he assured me that he was going to do everything that he could to help me in my situation and get me the car that I deserve again being defeated I just went with the flow he called me 20 minutes later and told me he got me approved I couldn't believe It I came down and the process was so smooth!!! I finally got the car that I deserve if I can give 100 stars I would don't waste your time going anywhere else come see John Sullivan and ask for Lyric!
