Mostly a good store with what you need to take care of your car, but apparently customers are an inconvenience. I was purchasing something when the associate helping me held off on giving me my change so he could go into the back and fetch a printout he was looking for. I am all for multi tasking but not at the cost of the customers time. I hate feeling like a bother when I am the customer paying for a purchase.

Stopped in for new battery a few weeks ago. Didn't expect the outstanding service I received. Dean went above and beyond and helped with the sale and replacement of my battery, and also took the time to fix a separate battery glitch that effected the ignition. The employee I talked to helped me find a similar part to the one I came in to get (their system showed that they had the part but it wasn’t in the right location, possibly shoplifted). I bought the similar part and the employee told me to hang on to the receipt. I tried the part and it didn’t fit, and I was able to return it and get my money back. The employee offered to order the part or look up a different location that had it in stock. Very nice and helpful, thank you!

Very poor customer service I wanted to buy battery and install new battery but they didn't give me the tools to install it. So if you don’t help at least let me use your tools. I don’t recommend this Auto part..

I called the store and spoke to James Hughes about ordering some brakes and rotors for my Toyota 4runner. I told him I needed midgrade brakes of the 3 options provided. I specified I needed a full set front and rear. He tells me to come on down and he will have it all ready to go for me. I arrive and James pulls everything up in the system and I reiterate this is for a full set front and rear mid grade brakes. He assures .e it is correct. I pay for the parts and he helps me load the parts up. I get to the shop and my mechanic asks where my front rotors are. Long story short, had to return all of the parts to my card and recharge my card $400 because he screwed up. At this point I am fuming as well as having my wife pissed because $300 I was charged previously is in limbo of hitting our bank account. It took 5 business days to receive the refund tying up our money instead of James doing the right thing and to manually override the prices on the rotors and getting us on our way. I will not do business with them until James Hughes is terminated.

Amazing costumer service. Got a battery installed in a couple of minutes. My car was making other noises and the associates were more than happy to help to try and see if they knew what the issue was. Honestly they went above and beyond. I bought something for my car and was told by the employee if it did work I was able to return it. It did not work. It actually ruin my car worsted. I went in and Patrick was very rude and try to tell me that I was in the wrong. I would bought the item if I can not return it. This place needs to be shut down

Dustin and Patrick went above and beyond, 5 stars doesn’t do them justice. Our Subaru Impreza presented a Check Engine Light that they checked with their reader and printed a report of our current code and previous code history. After that I checked under the hood to find the cold air intake had disconnected from the motor (likely causing this fault). Dustin and Patrick politely provided tools that allowed me to reattach everything properly. Afterwards we decided to buy some plastic connectors as a few had broken off the intake filter box, Patrick not only helped grab the ones that were labeled correctly, but once we discovered they didn’t fit the slots he came back out and brought out other connectors until we found one that fit properly. They allowed us to wash our hands in their restroom and overall showed very top notch customer service. My fiancé felt very safe with these gentlemen helping her and I am very appreciative. Great job guys!
