Called to ask about pricing on tires was told they don’t have them in stock i then asked if they could get them in and was hung up on. Maybe a bad day or something but definitely bad service 🤷🏽

I got a flat on the way home from work on Tuesday Dec 22 and I changed the tire put on the spare and drove straight to Tire Depot. It was 4:55 pm and they were closed even though the sign said Mon through Sat 9 am to 6 pm. So I figured with the holidays and my work schedule I would get the tire replaced on Saturday. Well today was Saturday and I was there at 8:45 am ( being the early bird that I am) and at still at 10:30 am NOBODY ever showed up to open the business. Neighboring businesses assured me they were still in business. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in myself and Tire Depot it was just a complete waste of time!!!

Have been going here for years, the new owners are great and better than the last, shopped at every tore place in Redding they can get any tire and they beat every price by 100s of dollars and they are fast and friendly. I will always go back and I recommend everyone to go there they take care of you like family and they are a small family owned business that has warranty like the big tire chains but cheaper prices.

I purchased four tires the pit stop tire depot and turned out one had a bubble in it so I returned and the person working there, ALI, replaced it with a different tire but it was not the same size. He said he did not have one that was the right size. So he got one that was the right size, but the car still had a bad vibration. Turns out there is another tire he sold me is no good. He quoted me $260 for a set of new tires. So being as I payed him $160 for the tires that are not good, if I gave him $100 if he would take the bad ones back and just give me the new ones. He said he would have to check the tread depth. So he did and told me that he could give me nothing because the tires he had just put on three weeks prior were no good. So I told him that was wrong, he sold me tires that wete no even street legal. He just told me sorry there was nothing he coukd do about it, no warranty on used tires

They have the worst customer service. I have bought tires from them and they are just rude and don’t appreciate your business. Today 5/1/2019 I got a flat tire and my friend brought me a new tire to put on so this was the nearest shop to stop by and get the lugs tighten and I asked as a favor to tighten them and he refused to help because I didn’t buy the tire from them .... and I asked again ‘please as a favor’ and walked away from me and said ‘nope’. Never had this experience ever anywhere ! Would NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE .... I asked for his name and would not give it to me.... if I could rate this place a negative 10000 I would. I was at a very desperate need of help to tighten my lugs to be able to get on the freeway. I’m a girl and I couldn’t tighten them as hard.

Today, I had my wife's Tesla Model 3's tires replaced. I had purchased my own tires online and had Ali installed all four tires. You will need to buy and bring your own (4) Lifting Jack pad if you want your Tesla serviced here. Initially, he didn't want to do them but when I showed him that i had the Lifting Jack pads he agreed to install them. I've been coming here to have my tires replaced or rotated for years now. Honest and fast work.

After many years of being loyal to a very well know chain tire company AT, i got a bad customer service experience and decided not to go there for my new tires, i read other reviews on The Tire Depot and based on that i decided to give this guys a try. It was a great decision. Not only they have the BEST customer service but also GREAT prices. And a large selection to choose from on tires and wheels. Let me just tell you that Pit Stop Tire Depot literally went above and beyond with changing our tires. They stayed open late to make sure we were able to get our flat tires fixed so my family could get home. They are extremely friendly, AMAZING rates, and did an excellent job. So they have Flaco‘s tacos in their parking lot so on my way to work I stopped to get a burrito. Ask the gentleman if I could use his bathroom as he smoking cigarettes in his shop and told me no I wouldn’t go to this place the owner of this place is a jerk and rude as hell.

Hit something on the road that made my front tire fall apart on Saturday night at 11pm. This place was the only tire store open on Sunday. I was 400 miles away from home. This little shop made my life simple. I have a performance tire and he had that size. The only shop open on Sunday.. he saved me.. and sold it at a very reasonable price... knowing only shop open Sunday, stranded far from home.. I was desperate... and I was out the door extremely satisfied. Shop opened at 9am and he showed up at 8:30am and helped me immediately. Thank you so much. He could've sold me that tire for double the price and I would've paid it.. but they are an honest business...

Wonderful people! My tire pressure sensor said I had low pressure in one tire. I was on a long drive and stopped here to get my tires checked. The guy checked all four tires and said the pressure in all of them was correct and that it is probably a bad sensor. He wouldn't let me pay him anything. I really really appreciate the help and would absolutely come here again!
