I've been having automotive work done at Brono's for several years now. I've been completely satisfied each and every. He is a super nice man, and one of the most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. I'll always go to him & highly reccomend him!

Craig was super friendly and honest. I brought my car in first thing in the morning for an O2 Sensor fix and he got it done in great time. Very professional and highly recommend coming to him.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I was reccomended this shop by a family friend. In September 2021 I took a car there for inspection that I was looking to buy in a private sale. The shop my family had used in town only worked on Hondas and the car I was potentially purchasing was a Subaru. Justin said quote "I'd buy that car". A month later after purchase check engine light was on Justin said nothing was wrong. A few months later it was blowing white smoke Justin told me in the was the head gasket. Justin didn't know this actually...he just told his buddy at Subaru it was blowing white smoke and then it was diagnosed, I'm not convinced he actually looked at it.(Both of these visits costed me $128 each for him to do nothing) Then it was leaking oil on a drive to San Francisco (I had the car for maybe three months at this point). I took it to get a second opinion and the whole engine needed replacing because the previous owner had poured stop leak in it to stop an oil leak. After replacing the engine, I moved out of the Redding area a few months later and the shop I use in Washington told me the check engine light had been going off and on because the catalytic converter needed replacing because of the previous OIL LEAK. Not to mention the control arms were worn. The car ended up totaled a few months ago in a hit and run. As a car buyer in a horrible market I did what I was supposed to do. I took it to a mechanic thinking they will do due diligence by investigating the car before I purchased it. MAJOR ISSUES were missed. I have no idea what he looked at in the car and said it was okay with a blown engine, oil leak, bad catalytic converter and worn control arms. Justin seemed apathetic at best to the financial burden of large car repairs. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop that does their homework and cares about their customers. Their laziness cost me thousands of dollars

I did have a great review of this place because of there friendliness and boost of confidence they could get the job done. But after having to come to them 3 times to get my car fix the problem was never fixed. On the 3rd time I have to bring it back I just saw annoyance on Craigs face and the friendliness was gone. I could say the condition of my car got better but it got worse. Which leave me $1000 sort and a car that still can't past smog. Thanks for nothing guys!

Bruno is a true old school mechanic. He properly and thoroughly diagnoses the problem before making the repair, which is rare in these times of mechanics who are basically parts changers. A dealer wanted to charge me over $1000 to do a repair, that Bruno figured out was the wrong repair and did it right for under $300. Very honest, accurate, and very fair rates. He's the only one, besides myself, that I let touch my cars.

First of all, the service I received from Bruno's was top notch. True old school Auto REPAIR shop where they look into all aspects of your issue and start from the ground up. They are true to their word honest people who will repair your vehicle and won't damage the wallet. It might be sad to see Bruno retire, but his shop will be in the great hands of Mr. Craig! Do yourself a favor and get your next repair at BRUNOS!

Bruno's is an excellent shop. The guys are knowledgeable, personable, and work with ya to get the work done that needed. I've had my water pump and assorted pulleys, an alternator, and brakes & rotors replaced by them, and their workmanship is excellent. Bruno is a great guy to work with, and would recommend this shop to everyone.
