I was just there this morning. They had the lowest price from all the other places in the area that I contacted. They were super nice and had great service. I was very pleased with the work and services. Big Ray, himself, even offered to help me with some seals around my car were falling (or fallen) off free of charge. I totally recommend this place if you're in the area.

I was on vacation traveling with friends when my car was broken into in San Fransisco. I travelled up to Redding with no back window because I knew Redding was a safe place to be. Even more so because Ray was able to get my uncommon back window overnight shipped to his shop and installed in such incredible time for me to hit the road back to home in Washington. He was professional, considerate, and understood how quickly I needed it done. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area!

I had to take my van in 3 times. Each time the noise from my windshield got louder. They said it wasnt the glass. However it didnt sound that loud before they replaced the windshield. Now, I still need it to be sealed right and will have to go elsewhere. They were nice and polite however did not do a good job

My Suburban needed the back windshield replaced. The repairman let all the glass go into the enclosed tailgate which makes a racket while driving down the road, the window refused to open due to their "professional" repair job. They were unfriendly, unprofessional and refused to repair it so it would open. I ended up taking it to a different repairshop to have it repaired. This is one place I would stay away from.

It took about an hour and a half but everyone was super helpful, respectful and made sure that I was happy with my experience. I usually go somewhere else but my family has had 4 windshields replaced by them on different vehicles of course in the last 2 months and I will continue to go back! Thank you so much!!

Was going to use their company to do the windshield of one of my company’s work trucks, but the lady who answered the phone was so unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful that we’ve decided to take our business across the street to All Auto Glass. The gentleman over there was so nice on the phone and they even keep a wide array of windshields in stock so they can see us right away, unlike Big Ray’s. In short, if customer service means something to you, definitely steer clear of this place.

Chose Ray's Auto Glass because of the good reviews. Everything went smooth. The windshield looks great :) Ray's wife even helped me load my two kids in the car after they had installed the windshield. I would strongly recommend them for their quality and service! Also, their prices are very competitive...always a plus!

I took my car to them they replaced my windshield great job. After first rain passenger floorboard full of water. Had my lady take it back then then said it was my vents. Took to a buddy's shop had check vents no problem with vents. I've tried a few times to call no response. I'll try call again tomorrow but car is starting to mold because of water damage I'm not happy

They got the wrong glass delivered but had it the next day, them I missed my appointment by a long shot. My appointment was for 11 o'clock and I got there at 3:30 with the truck. Even though I was late they still got me in and got me on the road before 5 . Reasonable price for the window it was tinted and also had the defrost and only cost me around $350 for the install I would highly recommend them to anyone for window or mirror replacement

You won’t find another glass shop in redding that will give you the best deal and the quality work that these two offer. I take my entire company fleet to Ray along with all my private vehicles. Had my windshield replaced Thursday, December 28th. Got there at 9AM and was out around 10AM. They did an excellent job of replacing the windshield and sealing it. I had a bad water leak because the windshield was not set and sealed right from another auto glass place down in Red Bluff, few years back. They did a terrible job because I was getting water inside on my dashboard. Ray also cleaned out my cowling because I was also having water filling up and overflowing down onto the cab floors. The drains got clogged, so he unclogged them for me. I recommend Big Ray's, they are very professional and do high quality work to put the windshield in correctly.

BEWARE OF FRAUD!!!! They will charge you for services they don’t offer or have access to! Recently had them replace my windshield and was also charged for calibrating the camera in my windshield. Immediately after they replaced my windshield I had multiple warning lights pop up on my dash. I then took my car to the dealer and explained to them what happened, that’s when I was told that Big Rays doesn’t calibrate their windshields and doesn’t even have the equipment to do so but they still charge customers for the service. I will absolutely be reporting these people for fraud as I assume I’m not the only victim for fraud! Also the lady who works there is insanely rude!
