Thrive Automotive is amazing. They had a slight scheduling problem on an oil change and bent over backwards to make it right for me. Then I brought my car in for a pre road trip check up and they found that the sound I was hearing was actually a bad differential. It required major work but they did a great job. When I drove away, The car ran great but I noticed my tire pressure was low, I brought the car back and they gave me a fill up on all four tires with a smile. I love these guys! You can trust John completely. Tysen also did great work.

Every time I've taken my car to this shop, I have not been disappointed. They have the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and integrity... Everything that you could hope for in an auto shop. I have never experienced any issues after any previous repairs or maintenance. Everything has wotked beautifully and for a reasonable price. They have never tried to sell me parts or services that I do not need and through my experiences with them, I have learned that I can trust them. Every issue that I have mentioned to them and took my car in for service for, they were able to fix. Everything from loosening an impossibly tight bolt in my seat so I can remove it to transmission service. They are also absolute animal lovers, which I truly admire and appreciate. That's just icing on the cake! I cannot recommend this shop enough!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Thrive. Ashley at Thrive was so nice, knowledgeable and kept in great contact throughout the process. We needed pretty expensive and time consuming work done on my Ford Explorer and not only were they great about the price, but they went above and beyond what they needed to do to get my families car back on the road and in working condition. Everyone I talked to at the shop was very welcoming and nice. This seems like a legit honest auto shop with good people working there that know what they are doing. My family will be taking our cars to Thrive for everything from now on.

Two of my friends recommended Thrive Automotive to me and I am so grateful they did! One raved that her dog was treated well at Thrive, the other that it is a woman owned business and they will do payment plans. Both suggested Thrive as a trustworthy auto repair shop that would not lie to me or try to take advantage. This is my third time here and each visit I have felt heard, respected and valued. The service writers and mechanics have explained issues and options authentically, making sure I have accurate information to choose the best option for me, regardless of how profitable my choice is for them. In today’s society that kind of service seems rare. It’s refreshing and I am so appreciative! It is also smart business exponentially. When a business builds trust they gain loyal customers who recruit additional customers! Seems like common sense but so many operate from greed, lack, and are out to make the quick buck. Would give 10 ⭐️ if I could! Great service, kind and attentive staff, showed me underneath my car (no body ever offered that in other shops), great waiting area with sodas, snacks, coffee, tea, wifi, magazines and a dedicated area for kids to play/read. Not to mention their service is much more affordable than any other in town and with excellent quality! Will definitely be back and tell all my friends!

My experience with Thrive Automotive Churn Creek was exceptional. I had the following done on my 1989 F250: 1) dipstick tube and dipstick replaced. 2) grease front wheel bearings. 3) remove and replace transmission oil pan and gasket. 4) brake fluid service. 5) power steering fluid service and 6) rear differential service. The truck runs great!

I brought my car in with a few easily fixable issues. They charged me thousands of dollars and the car was worse when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Their customer service is great. Their knowledge and skill is horrendous. Instead of saying "That's too big a job. We don't have any mechanics with the skill to do it", they lied and said no problem. I understand the issue. It's a problem with of a very rare engine. There are only a few tens of millions of them in cars across several brands. Totally rare. Their customer service has to be great. That's how grifters make money. Anything beyond an oil change with these clowns is a waste of money. Also, they put a broken part back on the car after I had dropped off a new one to be installed. I luckily had them open the hood to listen to the engine when I picked it up and immediately noticed the cracked intake manifold had been reinstalled. Sad.
