Guy broke my fuse box lid and did not help me look up the fuse I needed. Now, not only do I need to buy a new fuse (15a, thanks for nothing) but I have to buy a new lid for the box. Amazing.

My uncle has been helping me with a project vehicle, and told me to go O’Reillys, as he owns a shop and has a commercial account. I forgot to mention this with one of my first of many transactions and brought the unused parts back, in the box untouched, the following day, with the receipt, to see if they could run them through his shop to hopefully help me out with the expenses on this vehicle. Mind you, just I alone, have spent over $1000 on parts in just under a week. I went in and was met by Trenton, explained to him the situation and he was immediately pissed and told me I needed to go to the Cliff location, all the way across town, if I would like to process the return. He then started the return anyway, all the while huffing, rolling his eyes, using a snarky tone, and just being genuinely unprofessional. He then made it apparent that I had, “only saved $9” making it seem like I was wasting his time. I can understand if it was coming out of his paycheck or something, but it is a billion dollar corporation for God’s sake, I was literally making him do his job. I’ve heard from other people that have dealt with him that this is very normal behavior for him and acts like people are wasting his time constantly. I have never been met with such unprofessionalism and annoyance for such a simple issue.

Went n today to simply recharge my AC. Something I need to do every year, this year I decided to save $20 by getting a recharge without a gauge. Anyway the dang thing basically blew up on me in the parking lot. The employee and manager were respectful and understanding in the situation. I was able to pay the difference and get the better product. My car was blowing cold out and while I didn't save the initial $20, my car has cold air, I know a product to avoid, Oriely got their sale and everyone is happy. 5/5 stars.

Just stopped in here on a 3 day road trip from North Idaho to Arkansas needing the correct size wrench to tighten a few nuts on my kayak rack. After having no luck anywhere else the two gentlemen working here saved my trip. They happily helped me figure out what size wrench I needed and let me borrow one to do what I needed. Not only we’re they helpful but they were very nice and turned my terrible morning into a good one!

I went into the store today to get windshield wiper blades. Trent helped me and definitely went above and beyond! He helped me choose what I needed and then installed them for me. He also helped me figure out my dim headlights. It was so nice to be helped by someone with great knowledge and such willingness to help! The other gentleman working the counter was also very nice.
