Customer service should always be a priority. I'm still trying to understand how when I spoke to Kevin about setting my part's to the side for pick-up. That didn't happen even after he took my name and confirmed that they were to the side and would be available for me. He gave me the total price and everything but when we got there nothing was sat to the side. The excuse was that they got busy! O'Reilly is never busy like that so that was a total disregard to a customer that was in a real situation trying to help someone else that really needed help. Well since ya'll are so busy I took my money and spent it with another company at a lower price at that so ya'll stay busy over there, ya'll not the only company selling parts. Paid $150 for a part to be in today to put on my car, it just conveniently got left off of the truck to come in today. They redeemed themselves with the right Cooler switch that we also had to replace. Yay!

My sister and i were having car troubles and this was the closest auto parts store. we knew exactly what tools and parts we needed just didn’t have them. Angel was so nice and helpful. he gave us the right tool and found the part that we needed so quickly. he even pulled a wrench off the sales floor for us to barrow. best experience we’ve had at any auto parts store.

Great customer service. I came one hour before closing and the employees were helpful and the even recommended a mechanic to me who stayed after hours to fix my cracked radiator. It was my very first visit to this location. Was driving by the area and suddenly remembered that I needed to purchase some motor oil and a few accessories. They did have what I needed but was quite surprised at the prices. O'Reilly's have been known to carry good quality car parts but I was truly shocked at the prices of items such as motor oil, coolant, brake fluid. Seeing this kinda stuff had me thinking that pretty soon, we'll need to choose between buying fuel in getting from one location to another and routine maintenance costs.

You know sometimes young people are thinking about being a famous influencer or being the next Internet star. You ask them a question and they act as your speaking a martian dialect and look at you like uhh ... Huh?. I was so frustrated I began to walk out. But I said why should I give up? Especially when it was imperative to know about this product to solve my car problem! As I'm leaving there is a beautiful young lady, so I took a shot at maybe she's willing to be helpful? Michelle thank you for you work ethic and answering all my questions. She really broke down my choice's. So I could make an informed purchase. I really like action women you know driving a new bronco or old jeep and rather camp then go 4 srar hotel. A real woman As well as I love Mexican fathers who treat there daughters as equal to men. Teach them riding motocross or horses! Or when they are old enough how to drink with men or like men! It makes for a incredibly strong woman. Frankly one I wanna know. Anyways Michelle thanks for renewing my hope there are great women in LA. For answering all my dumb questions. And being a great manager. I hope O'Reilly's really appreciates what a huge gem they have and treat you accordingly with raises and a big promotion. Because it will only benefit there company. You can always spot a pro or a manager. They are happy to assist you and take it seriously with a smile. Where as the hourly employee is still dreaming of his stardom and going uhhh huh to customers. They’re price-gouging and false advertising. For the oil pictured in the photo provided, the deal went with a brand owned to o’reillys. The deal was 32.99. The price was actually $38.99, and it isn’t 5w-30 like I asked for. I said I wanted the one that’s more durable, that’s better. Miguel ASSURED me the 10w-30 was better because what’s in it (it’s not). I get back and find out that it’s the wrong one, swap it, and the one that ISN’T on sale is cheaper than the one that was supposedly on sale! So he sold me the wrong one and gave me misinformation to charge me more for something I didn’t want, using my lack of knowledge to a devious advantage. Luckily Sandi was able to fix the issue, but I still Won’t be coming back here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone who doesn’t know what they’re doing come back either, lest they price gouge you.

O’Reillys is always the trustee place to go to Colorado auto parts, but Fernando went above and beyond today saw me struggling, putting on the windshield wipers and came outside to Help after directing me the exact area to get the windshield wipers and a phone charger. Normally have these types of places you don’t get that type of customer service because most employees just treat it like a regular job, but Fernando went the extra mile!
