Always have everything I need for my cars good life, if have an issue someone is always there to help me out and send me a direction or give me a recommendation for my car problems. They do free check engine light codes readings for anyone who needs it and they will help you with putting in your new battery when you buy it from them! Free! Wiper blades too! Avoid this store.... My customer paid$250 for a reman alternator for his dodge truck and two days later it quit charging went in on a Sunday evening and they called the manager and said couldnt exchange it till monday morning and have to miss work what a joke whats the point of lifetime warranty if you cant exchange it at certin times of the day. Unbelievable . Screw this store and the manager . Im calling the corporate office tomorrow ... Ended up going to another orileys and exchanged it but still had to waste time driving around 4 dollar a gallon gas . I hope the manager of this store gets fired

Everyone was super helpful! Changed my front wipers and was going to fo the rear wiper but he didn't feel comfortable doing it since it's so cold out, felt like it was frozen, so he didn't want to break it. Made me very happy that he explained that to me. Also had to get air in my front tire which they don't fill tires, but gave me a location that wasn't far to go to. Amazing service!!

I was having trouble removing a screw from a car part. The staff worked very hard to try to get it off. It didn't come off but they tried very hard for about 30 minutes. They helped me pick out replacement parts. There was enough staff to wait on the many customers that were in that day. I come here for all my car parts because of their friendliness and above and beyond customer service. Always!

I went to this store after I had an issue at another store. The associates were very professional and nice. They listened And actually helped me with the problem I was having. I was upset and already frazzled from my interaction with the other store but they reassured me that the problem would get solved and they solved it and apologized for my wasted time and I am just so satisfied with this store. My first impression of this shop was pretty poor- no inventory on the shelves, gruff sales associate... Then I chatted with the sales associate a bit more, and he's actually really friendly and knowledgeable. All the inventory is behind the shelves because of petty theft. Anyway, I wound up getting what I needed from this shop, and the sales associate went above and beyond in helping me understand my car better. I'm imagining this is the sort of place where if you are entitled or dodgy, you won't get good service, but if you are friendly and normal, you will come out better than you went in.

His patience, professionalism, and eagerness to help made the whole experience smooth and empowering.
