The masculinity in that store is OFF the charts! Those men in there are rude and not too friendly to help. The vibe is so negative. I can go on but if there's a female that works or is thinking about working in that store DON'T! I would hate to know how they treat their wives, daughters, sisters, aunts, nieces or grandma! And that store is the hub for everything parts! Ugh

I came in Sunday, May 25 around 10 o’clock in the morning I asked I waited in line for after three people and I got to the customer service rep. He told me what I needed and then sent me to get the part when I come back he did not take me right away. I’d wait in line behind four other people very very very poor customer service recommend going to advanced auto. I was in and out of there in three minutes.

Shout out to Douglas, this guy has been very helpful and knowledgeable every time I visit this location. He always has a positive attitude towards the costumer. I went there Saturday (07/20) and they were super busy yet Douglas was doing what would've been the job of maybe 3-4 employees all by himself and with a smile on. If I was his boss I would be proud to have him working with me, give the man a raise!

While here on vacation, my check engine light came on. I went to the O’Reillys next to the Airbnb that I’m staying at. My son comes out with a gentleman who has the machine and a look of disgust on his face. No hello no smile, his only words to me was turn on the engine. I really should’ve left, but of course I needed to know the code. I followed him inside. Still with an unfriendly face, he picks the print out off of the printer, reviews it, looks something up on the computer and then proceeded to tell me that it has something to do with a smoke leak, you need a mechanic to tell you what’s wrong with the car. My son looks up the code and it’s my gas cap is loose. But thanks for the code. Good thing is I’m heading home in a few days, I’ll never have to go back to that store. My problem with the encounter is not about what he said. It was his approach and his follow-through. He clearly did not want to be the one to help us. I believe his name was Carlton or something with a C. I instantly whispered a prayer for him.

My kiddo and I camped in Myrtle Beach and it has been a while. I forgot to look out for the tree two feet away from me and I took out a mirror. Try driving without that rear view mirror (and you too, will likely take out a mirror or an eye) and it is rough! I also had a bag on top of the car that I wanted extra security. I stopped at this store as I drove right by it. Excellent customer service!! Not only did the representative help me figure out what to buy but he also helped install the ratchets for the bag… Thank you! I felt a great deal more secure on the way home! And the tape for the mirror held- actually it I’m still is, as my appointment to get it fixed is next week— an expensive oops!

There is a feeling of kindness as soon as you open the door. Each customer waited on before me was treated with respect and patience. I saw a technician helping a woman test her battery and an older gentlemen was patiently handled with his car problem. I had a Jeep lamp bulb replaced and the Gentlemen kindly and quickly replaced the part . The service was exceptional. This kind of service creates customers for life. I am grateful .

I have always used this place/location when I need wiper replacements for my self & family! This week 2/7/27 Thursday I purchased wipers for our 2008 ford didn’t want to spend $40 for each blade because of the age of truck. So the sales guy kept saying to me (im a female) oh you want the cheap ones huh. He puts them on the next day front blades are not right to long banging. I called guess who answers him he asks for my number looks it up say oh I put those on this right you bought the cheap blades! I was going to go yesterday but I do not like this man he is highly rude. Guess he is angry he has to work with a knee scooter & mask on. That’s right his cell went off he said Time to take my meds. No he wasn’t old just plane rude & I’m heading that way today hope He is off !!!

I was out for a day with friends and had borrowed my husband’s pick up truck. Suddenly a dash light came on and bells were ringing. The temperature gauge was on 260. I pulled into O’Reilly’s and asked the gentleman for help. There I met Scott and Cody. They were so wonderful and helpful! Cody went right to work under the hood on a rainy day to assist me. Very helpful and knew what they were doing. I had originally gone to Auto zone to get a new head light bulb. They didnt know how to put it in, touched the bulb with bare hands which even I know you arent supposed to do, and the bulb wouldn't work after that. $22 down the drain. And auto zone wouldn't do anything about it. Went to O'Reilly and they were alot cheaper, wore gloves to put it in and its working great. Will only be going to O'Reilly from now on
