Love the prices and the quality of their products. Usually great customer service until my last experience. Was getting shocks for the back of my car but also needed brakes and rotors. I had a receipt of the exact items that I had previously purchased but had to return. Those items were never used, never even taken out of the box. But this new person seemed to not want to give me what I had previously paid for. He was too busy trying to figure out the discount I was given instead of giving me the items. He was rude, waisting my time and disrespectful. He's the reason I didn't give five stars. I had previously called around for the best price for breaks and rotors for all four tires. The person that I spoke with told me that I would get a better deal if I purchased all four at one time instead of one here and there and he also gave me a discount. He was super nice, even helped me to carry the items to the car. But this new guy was looking at my receipt like I ring something up myself and went in the back to pick out the items. It was completely rude and disrespectful. I was very upset and offended. I just walked out and let my mechanic get what I needed. SMH π€π€¨π§π

Bought a battery from them back in April of 23...within 9months the battery died completely. Upon trying to do a warranty exchange (with BOBBY)since I had a 3 yr warranty I had to wait 6hrs for it to "trickle charge" before it could even be tested. The whole 6hrs it was trickle charging it never got to 1volt. Ended up talking to customer service and the district manager. Who within minutes said he was calling the store to get my warranty done, and that it shouldn't have taken that long. When I went back to the store the associates working at the time had all their food on the counter and didn't acknowledge me. I grabed my receipt of the counter where it was left by Bobby and left. It's very unfortunate that this was my experience, I will not be returning.

Jake was not helpful at all. I could ask him about stuff and he would just point. Jake and another guy was talking about the other store in Greenville. They were talking junk about it. I think he hates that job. I did go to the Easley Store the next day because everything he sold me was wrong. I thought I was in a different world. Those guys were so helpful. I could only give them a 5 star but they deserve a 10 star.

I love O'Reilly auto parts because they always what I need in store. The one time they didn't, the man was still willing to come out to my car and install windshield wipers I had bought.from their competitor.

I came in last Friday 12/13 to purchase a battery for my 1996 Honda accord. The associate Nickole said they couldnβt put my battery in for me, even though Iβve been there before and they did. She told me to go to Pep Boys or Auto Zone down the street. I knew she just did not feel like putting the battery in based on her poor attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she wasted my time. I went to auto zone and of course they would not put it in because I did not purchase the battery from them. I called the OβReilly on Pleasantburg and spoke with Dani, who told me that the system said the battery was an easy install & I should not have been told that they couldnβt put the battery in. She was a great help, told me to come to their store and she would be happy to put it in for me, which she did.

No one is ever available to turn rotors. Why offer the service if you donβt have the staff

My 2007 4Runner battery had only 12 volts with the engine running. Normal is 12 volts and dropping with the engine off and 13.8 V with the engine on. The tech at O Reilly checked my battery(recently bought here) and alternator and starter. They were working fine. He also convinced me that the battery voltage of 12 V is OK until it finally jumps to 13.8 V. There was no charge but I did buy the battery at O Reilly.

I will preface this by saying I understand it's early morning. I was there to get coolant, so I had to wait for my engine to cool down. The coolant I needed was on the floor NEXT TO the shelf with all the other brands, no visible price. Fine. I go to the register, and no one is there. I wait 5 minutes, and no one comes out. I call the store hoping someone will come out to answer the phone but they just answered in the back. At this point, it's been half the time I had to wait for my engine to cool. Someone walks by the back door and sees me standing there, FINALLY coming to check me out. If the Walmart hadn't been further away, I would've saved myself the annoyance and the $6 extra the coolant cost buying it here. Maybe I should've followed my GPS to the AutoZone.

It wasn't in my plans to end up here, but my car started acting up while on Laurens Road, and I pulled in right before it broke down. The staff was very helpful and kind π I really appreciate them trying to help and giving me a place to wait while I figured out what I needed to do. Will be going to this specific store if I need anything in the future.

Although, there was an employee in the back screaming very unprofessional words and no public restroom, the service was great and quick and my team was able to get what they needed under a good time constraint. Thank you!

I was in the other day for engine air filter and cabin air filters and Dylan assisted. He was the nicest person ever, stopped what he was doing to look up the items and went to the back for them immediately. He even game me some advice on what to look for when changing them out. So easy, Iβve got them changed out now. I definitely recommend his assistance. His customer service and his demeanor were the best.

My daughter called me from Greenville Tech because her car wouldnβt start and we thought from what was happening it was the battery. We drive to jumpstart it and take it straight to Oreillys. We are there for hours because the guy hooked up the battery backwards, got another battery, and the car wouldnβt start. He had blown the fuse. They didnβt have another fuse like it so we had to wait for them to find one at a Honda dealership and they went and got it. My husband missed his appt but we were very patient with them, we were never ugly to them. They were apologetic and they fixed it, so we thought. Only to find out, when they put the battery in backwards and blew the fuse, they also blew my daughterβs amplifier to her subs. This whole ordeal was a costly and timely experience. Iβm definitely not happy and at the time I was very understanding because I know mistakes happen but Iβm very frustrated with the fact that it costed me a lot more than a battery.

I placed an online order for a part that no other closer auto parts stores had in stock. The email back to me stated it would be ready in 1 hour. So I showed up at the store 1 1/2 hours later to pick up my order. Even though they still hadnβt pulled my order, the sales guy was real cordial and got the part. Jus glad it wasnβt a large order that I would have had to wait for. The store was clean, well stocked and looked organized. The only negative thing about this location is trying to get back out of the parking lot onto Laurenβs Rd. Three vehicles, including mine, had to sit in the parking lot and wait for the traffic signal to finally stop the traffic. It allowed the traffic on the opposite side to turn onto Laurenβs Rd, but we never got a green light to proceed out of the parking lot. We just had to pull out hoping for the best. It was very confusing and dangerous. Other than trying to get out of the parking lot, this auto parts store was good.

We had waited an hour on AAA in 50 degrees and were able to get to OβReilly to get a new battery. JT was awesome, friendly, knew his stuff and turned a really bad night into a great experience. He replaced the battery and got us on our way. Thank you JT!

Had an issue with the battery; it turned out to be the serpentine belt. The guys were super helpful with diagnostics and parts, and they even helped me change the serpentine belt on site. I'm super grateful, thanks to JT and Reily. Cheers.
