The little manager lady there needs to be fired or demoted because it took me 21 days to get a clutch the came from Dallas and then she ordered the wrong one. This has happened more than once. With the same person a little short lady with the dark hair. That is somewhat rude at times. I know if I have to go to that store she will be the last person I have do anything for me not even ring me out. She'll get that wrong to most likely

Most likely, these employees are underpaid and overworked. However, there is no excuse for lack of human decency. I was passing through driving home to Abilene TX. Never been to Wichita Falls and about to run out of gas and it was late. Lost the key to the gas cap. My cell signal was scarce with no Internet. I had not eaten in days starving, stressed and frantic. Conserving gas I called asking if they carried Mopar locking gas caps to get a key and told them of my dire situation. The "man" looked it up with an affirmative answer so I used my precious gas to drive there. He was very helpful on the phone but willfully ignored me upon arrival. However, "Katie" informed me they don't carry Mopar. I did notice smiling glances between the pair and was confused but now it make sense. "Katie" giggled and said the answer to my problem was on Youtube. Unfortunately, she refused to offer any further details. I could tell from her smirk "help" was not gonna happen. Still, I pleaded with "Katie" to help me but she remained silent with that smirk. However, she did offer a screwdriver but this was useless without knowing how to use it for my problem. I even asked to sleep in their parking lot since it was late and "Katie" replied "probably not due to police patrols". So I left and managed a limp to Walmart for the night. I used their wifi and Youtube showed others putting a screw through the gas cap to prevent it from turning. That was the simple answer to my problem. Thus, I purchased a screwdriver and screw at Walmart. Why couldn't "Katie" be helpful to someone in trouble and provide the simple answer? Why didn't "Katie" either give or sell me a damn screw along with those minimal instructions? Why did the "man" tell me they carried Mopar locking gas caps? This would be an extremely positive review if "Katie" and the "man" did the right thing. "Katie" and the "man" who misled me are terrible employees and obviously got a thrill watching me struggle. Again, there were several smiling glances between the pair. They misled me to O'Reilly's aware of my dire situation. Otherwise, never would have set foot in this pathetic business. They offered no goodwill whatsoever. This is simply a matter of human decency. I have gone out of my way to help others and given money to those in need. I have paid others rent, purchased food, paid phone bills, etc. "Katie" and the "man" should be ashamed and trained on human decency but doubt it would help. Basically, they took pleasure in watching my plight and would not offer a glass of water to someone dying of thirst. Based on other reviews this is not an isolated event at this store. Look at the elderly woman they would not assist in a previous review. O'Reilly's offers "canned" responses to a plethora of negative reviews. Obviously, this store has poor leadership/management resulting in a foul stench. Thank you. This event happened Thursday 05/18/23 at 8pm.

A bit of a wait at times, but I've always had good service from these guys. They're open late, and one of the three locations here (Sheppard) has a auto paint/body department. And unless they're slammed, it's never long before someone shows up to help you find what you're after.

They accidentally gave my brother a faulty refurbished alternator but they made it right by giving us a brand new one out of the box still had stickers on it and I was able to fix my brother's car!! The price didn't change or anyting it was literally like a swap I gave them the bad one and they gave me a good one!

Cooper at the store on Kemp, was very helpful. He helped me find the right replacement bulb I needed for my headlight, and showed me how to put them in. I’m very proud to say that the next time they need to be replaced, I know how to do it on my own! These employees definitely go above and beyond! Better customer service than I ever get from Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts. I’ll keep coming back!

I prefer O'Reilly Auto compared to AutoZone & was pleased to see that in Texas they hold true to their customer service and product standards (I moved from Oklahoma. They are my GoTo. Very good service, and very honest company. There was a big mistake made a few weeks back when installing a battery on my Tundra that I had at the time. Anytime a battery is installed with the terminals connected backwards its obviously not a good thing. This was obviously quite stressful, and repairs were needed. Oreillys provided all the parts to fix the mistake and gave me the parts to fix damaged electrical relays, Fuses and more. Anyways I do wish that they would have paid me for my missed days of work and all the money I had to pay to get around town those few days, but they did make sure my truck had the parts it needed to be repaired and they are very nice to me still when I go in in. Accidents happen all the time and its okay because we are only human and we just mess up sometimes, but I just wa ted to write this because the managers and biggest managers that I spoke with that made sure this all we t smoothly I just need yall to know how thankful I am that yall did the right thing.
