That guy Ruben with the sleeve tattoo told me he’d be right with me, and then he let some other guy come up to the counter and started helping him instead. Second place to find a light for my car. Guess what? Their customer service also horrible!! These places make it seem like there are so many people buying stuff. How do you not realize who came first?! They skipped me as a customer. This is ridiculous. I hope nobody else gets these issues but it seems like all the auto part places are not being run efficiently and their workers aren't serious about their work. I will never be going back!!! Everyone, just buy off online. If you guys need autoparts find them online or Walmart. We have better customer service there.

We ordered a part for our truck on a Friday. My husband asked for 2 day shipping because it was urgent. Part came in on Wednesday, and at pickup, we realized they'd ordered the incorrect part. Not even for the same model as ours. They placed an order for the correct part and still charged us the 2 day shipping even though the error was caused by their staff. So we are paying for expedited shipping even though we're waiting over a week for a part that we should've had early on had it not been for employee carelessness. We asked about not having to pay for the expedited shipping since we did not receive the art in an expedited manner, and no luck. We're told we have to pay it anyway. No attempts to alleviate their mess up. Bad service, bad business, zero problem solving skills.

Purchased a battery from this location only to find out it was over 8 months old. Once I got home I realized that the battery had 10% charge and my lawn mower wouldn’t even power on. I went back to get some help and the employee Isaiah was extremely rude and sent me to another location to get yet, another old battery. She did not want to refund my money even though they didn’t even have any other batteries in their inventory. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Idk what happened to customer service but the guy closing on 1/2/26 knows nothing about it. I was looking for 18ga solid wire and simply asked if the roll I had was solid or stranded and his response (with zero eye contact) said "I don't know" then walked away. If you dont like your job, please do us all a favor and find one where you dont have to deal with customers. Sad because I've always been a fan of O'Reillys.
