I had a great experience at this location! The staff was incredibly kind and patient with me, answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. They went above and beyond basic service by performing a comprehensive check on my vehicle to diagnose the check engine light. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the diagnostic codes to me on their computer. He even offered to provide the necessary parts and gave me a clear price breakdown. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service I received here, especially compared to my experience at O'Reilly's. Highly recommend!

The best autozone ever in Edinburg area went to 4 other locations and everyone wanted me to buy a new battery when I still had a 1year left of warranty on it. So everyone just gave me the run around and at this location they solved the problem in seconds and I was able to exchange my old battery for a new 1. I give this store a 10! I went in yesterday and the first person to greet was the Manager Daniel. He took his time and installed my battery for me and wipers. I didn't even have to ask him. I had avoided this location for months as I had gone to ask to check my check engine light and the associate said it wasn’t working and to go check Advantage Auto Parts. No joke, ended up going to another Auto Zone. So this time went by as the one on Raul Gonzalez was full and best choice. Danny the manager was quick and knowledgeable! That’s what one wants/needs when going to a specialty store. He definitely offered great customer service. Kudos!!
