Very disappointed in the employees of this place, on June 17th 2025 I purchased Break Pads for my Girlfriend V***,,,, for around $75 an employee who works here named George offered them at a lower price I was sketchy but made it clear I wanted Ceramic Pads installed and gave my Girlfriend the money for ceramic Break Pads which I was told they would be around $40 I knew it seemed too good to be true, and they ordered it under a corporate account. Turns out they purchase Organic Pads instead which I would have never paid for in the first place in my opinion due to being an inferior product, wears down faster basically getting less milage, and over-all do not have in my opinion as much breaking power as ceramic... Apparently I was informed there was no refunds or fixes to this and my Girlfriend doesn't seem to understand the difference of when it comes to technology or material compositions, or the risks of hard breaking power in case of an emergency god forbid. I am personally very uncomfortable with the decision this company talked her into and what I feel is ignorance, and I could not recommend this service center to anyone, I would also recommend it's employees be held to a higher standards of not offering discounts under the corporate purchase options to family members and screwing with someone who's just very upset. Attached is copy's of the receipts and proof I was asked to refund them due to an employee of this location telling my partner they would source it for less but in reality offering in my opinion and in efficient product, I am personally very outraged. In order for this review to be removed and or me to stop spreading the word I want this matter resolved.

Please stay away from this shop. Lady there is a arude as I can't even explain. Mechanic played some games when I just asked about the turn signal bulb that blew up. . They didn't do nothing and charged me $34 bugs. I had to return their bulb I had just bought from them and left them with $34 for free and they were happy about that. I ended 2025 divastatated! DON'T GO.
