I hope I can rate this - star. I don't even know where to start. We bring our trucks at that shop for an around four months , spending a lot of money and our trucks never been completely fixed . The owner the only thing she said all the time is "sorry" very unprofessional but the one you have to have more careful is with the manager Martin , he always want to fixed all but not the real problem. If you don't wanna lost time and money don't go to CC Truckes

Let me make this as short as possible, trust me this review could be longer. MARTIN from management portrays himself to be friendly & caring. Carlos pretends to be a man of his word but lacks CHARACTER. These people are just money hungry and claim to not care about money but doing a great job. There is no INTEGRITY in this place. They will sell you a play, a whole novel. My boss was referred by a friend who brought his truck here to fix a part and they did fine. Trusting his friend my boss brought 4 trucks. They would "fix" one thing one day and two days later the trucks had to be brought back to the shop because the brand new parts were wrongly installed, and on our way to completing a load we had to cancel the loads, and you know how serious this is. They would tell you they will not charge labor but only the parts that were wrongly installed; claim to be sorry and that they would make it right. They would claim to have performed labor in the invoice that was never done. My boss has proof, photos and videos. It came to a point were my boss had spent enough that he decided to take his trucks to JERRY who works in another shop and it's incredible, the trucks were fixed in a day or two and cc truckers had them for over 3 months. Draining our pockets, just because they are money hungry. Their mechanics are not professionals, they know how to install some parts and mess up others. Man, I could go on and on. If you are from another state and are just passing by, you are better off calling a road service and paying a little more. This place needs better mechanics and better management. They give hard working mexican mechanics a really bad reputation but to each their own.

CC Truckers is my go to shop! Hands down the best prices and service in the RGV. Gera and his team are the best, I’ll always be coming here for my truck needs. 👍🏼

They will seem friendly and helpful but it is all fake. They will welcome you and inspect the truck. They will try to find faults in your truck and suggest you they need to fix. I suggest don’t. Fix only what you came for and especially don’t go there for major repairs. At first they make you look they are cheap but they are not. The parts are not genuine. Either from junk yard or after market. They will jump to your truck right away and open staff and then they will start taking their time. They will tell you they are waiting for the parts. The parts will take forever to come because either it is their looking for after market or being opened from a junk yard. If the part wont work they will still charge you for the labour. They are money hungry machines. Review the invoice before you make payment because chances are they may charge you for things that are not done to your vehicles.

I'm an O/O from the same town took my truck in for a used APU installation was told 2 days by Carlos the owner my truck sat there 6 days until I went in there to finish my own truck to get out of there. They don't have mechanics just slow parts changers was told one price out the door n at the end I was a different price according to Carlos some parts weren't included

Staff is super friendly. Carlos is the owner and very knowledgeable. Arturo is a manager there and showed me sincere attitude in genuinely assisting my mechanical needs. They are human beings and if a mistake is made, they genuinely try to do anything possible to make a wrong, right. Definitely always check your invoice to make sure something wasn't accidentally added that wasn't done. Overall, they do great work at reasonable prices.

This place came highly recommended so my boss sent 4 trucks to them and mine needed the most attention as it had several major issues and now I’m heading back cause my truck is worse now then it was before . You would think after spending $8000 on my truck alone it would have been done rite, well it wasn’t and I highly recommend you find another shop . I’ve been driving big trucks for 23 yrs and I’m tired of shops not taking me seriously cause I’m a woman and have owned big trucks .yesterday I had given an update that the shop fixed my problem and was happy but the update disappeared. WELL NEW UPDATE , not happy 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I used this service several times for minor repairs the last time I was here I did oil change, a brake replacement and bought a used 80 percent steer tire for my trailer, they told me the tire was virgin but that was a lie, the tire was recap it disengaged and blew up when I drove around 900 miles from Edinburg TX, the weather was HOT and recaps cannot handle that kind of heat. The 2nd problem was the mechanic who was changing the brake told me, you need a Bearing adjustment, I told him to go ahead and do it but when he opened the Hub he put the broken gasket back and it started to throw out grease I had to fix it at Baytown TX. I sent the docs and pictures of what happened to CC TRUCKERS and asked a refund of the tire, the guy who runs the shop told me he will talk to his Boss and they will refund. But few days later he changed his tone. To my knowledge selling me that tire was SCAM and it put me and others in danger.

Just wanted to take the time to say that this shop was very professional very courteous, very efficient and also very affordable. Everybody was very courteous to me there and they were on top of their game. The owner was quick to address any issue that I had and I can honestly say that I will come back whenever I make my way down here from Michigan. I was very satisfied with the work and I also want to say that they are People that stand on their work their business and on their work and I appreciate that thank you guys very much
