My insurance told me I needed to go with them. But called them 3 days straight with no answer and No one ever called back. My insurance call them and they made me an appointment for a month later. I had to look for someone else. And glad I did

PLEASE avoid this establishment for any collision work! A simple job has turned into a three week ordeal due to the ineptitude and lack of customer service of their staff. I wish Ms Jennifer Yoder would address this incompetence before it drags the dealership down further.

I had an accident back in Sept 2021 and they haven't finished the repairs on my truck. I understand if parts are on back order but at least answer the phone when I call for updates. Ivan is the one "helping" me but he's never there and he never returns my calls. BAD SERVICE OVER ALL!!!

I would give it under one star if I could. They told my dad if he gave them the title and let them auction it off he didn’t have to pay any fees. Afterwards my dad received a ticket from Austin for cutting off a school bus. He contacted the manager however SHE never did a transfer of title. Months later he receives another notice and another ticket for a toll fee in Austin. I called the manager afterwards and HE informed me that SHE was no longer in that department and he was not responsible. My father received a final notice saying he is responsible due to the matter not being taken care of in a timely manner….don’t trust these people!

Took my car to get repaired after a car accident. Horrible service-always too busy to give me an update on the status of my car. It took them 5 months to decide my car was a total loss. I had no rental-after looking at the car the day I took it they could have deemed it a total loss but they made me wait 5 months!

Something I appreciate in my busy line of work. I would even stop by to check on them and they were hospitiable. They even took there time to have it washed before turn in.

After an accident, took my car here for repairs. There was an emblem on the front driver side quarter panel that was not replaced. Also, shoddy work on the rear quarter panel window. Have tried to get them to resolve these issues, but they don't seem to care. Will not recommend or bring my vehicle there for repairs, if, heaven forbid, I need to. Even though we purchased this vehicle from them. I'll not be purchasing another vehicle from them, ever. Terrible service.

I was really disappointed in the quality of the repairs. Body panels were not aligned properly, the paint work was obvious and poor, clips were missing, and the steering wheel still needed to be crooked in order to drive straight. The car drove like an old car and it's not even a year old, and to top it all off there was some dirty napkins and a layer of dirt over the interior. I've heard people say that once a car is in a crash that it's never the same, and that was definitely the case with repairs here. I also rarely recieved updates on my car, I had to always call. The only good thing I can say was the repair looked good enough to sell it right away. My hood also popped open on the highway after picking up from here.

By far, Hacienda Ford Collision center is the best. Although I own a GMC, I decided to take my vehicle to them because of recommendations from friends of mine. Got to say that, "I made the best choice". Unbelievably, They had my vehicle ready one day after I had dropped it off. Gene and Mario were awesome and very helpful, and got to give credit to the tech that worked on my vehicle for getting it ready so fast and doing a great job.

The worst company ever, they are fixing my truck for almost 2 months ago, And it still doesn't fix it properly, They drove my truck to the places where they had to inspect the engine light without my authorization, that's illegal in case you don't know @ Hacienda Collision Center, I have the evidence and witnesses of everything I say. I don’t understand why you have Inept and non-common sense people in your company, You only have people who don't want to work and who don't care about their customers even though they eat because we do business with your company,”””” (for the owner:::)“” I think you should be more concerned about your customers and check your business because they will be ruining your reputation””” Radiator is leaking coolant and Fan Module is installed but not connected because connector is different. Air Filter was super wet, when hacienda personnel @pecan Blvd McAllen Tx, drove my truck without my authorization Radiator Fan wasn’t connected, bcz the connector was different when hacienda personnel @pecan Blvd McAllen Tx, “””” drove my truck without my authorization””” The engine cover was thrown in the motor, when hacienda personnel @pecan Blvd McAllen Tx, drove my truck without my authorization… If you need to take any vehicle out of your shop, to any dealership “””Dodge””” in this case you need to use a Towing Company Mr Owner of Hacienda Collision Center at Pecan Blvd @ McAllen Tx That’s the correct way and legal way Mr,,,,, “”””Use your Common Sence’””
