Staff and manager here isn't enforcing face mask requirement at this store located at 821 S Closner. A customer came in without a mask and looked like everyone in the store knew him as they all greeted him. He then walked behind the counter looking for the manager and walk right past several employees without a mask and stood by a register as he appeared to buy something as the manager helped him. All this time no one told him to put a mask on. The virus will continue to spread if people like this don't take the mandatory facemask order seriously.

Called a few times to ask for availability of a part, spoke to Oscar. He put me on hold all the times I called, I know sometimes your shorthanded, but come on. At least take one customer from the store and one from the phone line. Don’t know how they expect to sell items if they don’t care for their customers. Today’s date is 04/09/2021 approximately 10:00 am. These Oscar works at the Closner address in Edinburg.

Stopped in for a few smaller items. Earlier I had noticed our car’s battery was slow to start. Took it in and had a free test performed. Sure enough the 4 year old battery from another auto parts store was bad and definitely at the end of its useful life. I bought a good battery and they installed it for free! Great service and good quality parts.

I don’t remember his name but he’s an older guy with cool arm tattoos, he helped us so much he tested the battery, gave us suggestions and information about what could be going on with the car and even when all was fixed he came out with the little computer to double check for any issues. He said that if we need a check again that we can always go back and they’ll do it for free. It was an awesome experience and my car is fixed.

I called O'Reilly's and Daisy answered very kindly. She patiently gave me instructions on how to turn on my car through the phone and gave me options of the prices for batteries. Then I went to the place and Daisy greeted me and helped me politely. She was very knowledgeable, gave me choices about the prices and knew what she was doing. Such a good worker, 100% would trust this place to go again and would recommend to other people. Very good service, had a good time there as well. Thank you very much good staff!!!!

I went in because I was having problems with my nissan and Juan took his time and checked my battery and the starter and the alternator. I'm so glad that he took the time to explain to me what I needed to do next and to go back once I changed my battery so we can make sure everything is functioning properly. When everything is always hurry up who's next, I'm so glad he didn't just try to do the bare minimum but went above and beyond to make sure my car was ok to drive.
