Took them over 4 hours to change one tire while servicing everyone else who stopped by after me just to tell me they didn’t have the other tire I needed at 6 pm closing to come back the next day and have to overpay again. Only considered them because it was a Sunday, never again.

Went early morning on 1-28-19 to get a used tire on a 265/16. The man working said he had a used tire for $50 that was five years old looked good but didn't have enough for it...so he gets an older used tire for $40, it was a six year old tire. When asked he had anymore at these prices he said no that he had only some for $70 bucks . I told him nevermind I'll go down the street next to Burger King where it's a car wash and tire shop to find a tire. Which I did for $30 dollars. I'm very dissatisfied with the the here at Betos!

Dont go there they have no rush at all in attending customers. While changing y tire the guy had an issue with his necklace and decided to sit down and fix it then went to chat with another worker then to stopped halfway thru fixing the tire again to mess with his chain again.

Horrible experience. I have been using Beto for almost a year fixing flat tires and checking air. I always give a $5 or more tip. But when I went to actually buy some tires I was given almost dealership prices for used tires. Finally after even buying the tires at that price I went in today and brought my own tires for a 2004 Toyota Corolla and his henchman came and quoted me $20 a tire to mount and balance and I would still have to dispose my own tires. I got upset and said after all the times I’ve come here and the crazy prices on the previous tires you want to over charge me on mount and balance? And I ended up leaving. Now here at Deep Shine ( across the street) they charged me $56 for all 4 tires! Wonderful!

They sell you tires with holes and then they still charge you for fix it the tired , so be careful each time you buy a tires here

Charge me a lil more then I expected to remove old tires and install new ones but it was alright but while they was working on my tires they was looking everywhere but the tires like if he does it perfect every time.I was annoyed made me put my tires on top of my truck too his little helper wanted gold for labor all goofy after all that took my tires home they started leaking took them to another shop turns out they didn't clean inside rims they just put tires on dirty rims inside horrible work ethic they have I advise don't go in you like real honest work 💯
