Worst place to take your car for oil change , make sure that you watch what they are doing to your car while in service be careful it’s these ppl they do stuff to your car with out your permission then they tell you that your car needs additional stuff to get done at a very high price Don’t buy it , better to take the car for service to Walmart Watch for prices on this shop and always check your car and make them show you what they did Check your car before and after service Bad customer service from these careless and dishonest. You can’t trust them ppl

I’ve been taking my car to Honda, but this place is close to me. My first visit I was greeted with great customer service and my second which was recent I had no problems and my vehicle is running great. Quicker than Honda service. No longer will I be going to Walmart or Honda.

As a female not knowing much about cars going to these types of places always makes me kinda nervous that they will try to take advantage and say you need much more then you actually do. After coming to this establishment i can confidently say i will be a loyal customer! Great fast service very clean which is nice when you are waiting they also have a nice complimentary coffee station which is a + over all would give a 10/10 also the owner came out and was assisting very nice man. I will be coming back!

i went to get an oil change and was appalled to what i witnessed the manager or person in charge i’m not sure what his position was but he was screaming and berating their employees. I am a manager myself at my job and i’ve never seen something so horrible by a higher up. very disappointing i will not be back .

Joe and the took good care of my Yukon. Changed out the 3rd break light . No issues. The wiped down the windows and removed any finger prints. Also at no charge fixed my windows washing fluid line in the rear for the back window. Working and back on the road again. If something else goes wrong I'll take it to grease monkey to check it out!!!

Took my car to get fixed up told me one day wait then proceeded to wait till the holiday weekend was over ignored my calls then when they did finally answer told me to come the next 2 days my vehicle will be ready to drive. Went by picked it up car after they told me it was drive able even when it wasn’t now I’m out of 300 bucks and got to find a new “trustworthy” mechanic. Keep in mind I supported this business when it was new never had a problem till now . Will think twice before going

Wonderful customer service! I would give this place 10⭐️ if I could. The waiting area is nice, clean and cool. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help fix a leak we had. Jose gave me options at different prices points and was honest about the pros and cons of each option. The price was very reasonable. They have gained a life long customer! Definitely recommend!

Just got an oil change done less than an hour ago. Obviously some bolts did not get tightened up and now my 70 year old mother is stuck on the side of the road dealing with this. Called and asked the shop if they could send someone out with the tools to help fix this issue and was told they can’t do that. When bringing up compensation for this I was told the best they could do was refund the bolts. I’m appalled by this customer service and will not be returning. Shame on this establishment and its management.
