Had the best experience at this location! My son, who is in Kuwait, had replaced his battery in Kentucky, and for whatever reason, it died yet was still within the warranty. They usually pull up it up by the phone number. I tried his number and sent him a message, but he did not respond (time difference), and they couldn't find it. Ella (store manager) and Armando were so helpful, and I feel they went above and beyond and were able to replace it. That is the difference between ok customer survive and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! They have our future business :)

Bad experience. Went in for a new battery and the employee ‘Chuy’ who performed the replacement, snapped the male connection on my battery current sensor while trying to undo a lug in the wrong order. He explained that I would have to pay the full $100 for the replacement part, and they are not responsible if they break parts on your vehicle. This was never explained to me prior to fitting. I wasn’t interested in giving the store anymore money, or risk them breaking something else. I purchased the part elsewhere and I will fit it myself. Lesson learned.
