Unorganized, takes a very long time to get appointments, and most likely will be told there is nothing they can do for you. If you go to urgent care, expected wait time is 2 hours or more average. Just a referral place not a treatment place.

Don’t go here. My wife scheduled an appointment two and a half months ago to establish primary care and address a couple of issues. On the day of the appointment, she called to confirm her spot on the schedule since she hadn’t received a confirmation email or phone call. She alleged that they had switched computer systems, and the appointment hadn’t been transferred from the old system. Even if that were true, the company should have had someone verify that the old system appointments had been transferred. They could see that she had an appointment on the old system, but it hadn’t been transferred. This is in acceptable. Figure you stuff out oak leaf. 1. Your to big for this to have been an issue. 2. People do not schedule appointments for no reason she needs help. 3. To top it all off no apology for the inconvenience or miss hap on their part.

Dr Obaid saved my father’s life and is truly an angel on earth. My Father was obese and very stubborn. He had been to other drs but they never could never sway him. After the first appointment with Obaid, My father’s mindset changed for the very first time. Obaid was able to get through to him when no one else could! With Obaids guidance, my father lost 25% of his body weight for the first time in many years. He is now in the normal bmi range and is maintaining his healthy lifestyle and feeling like a brand new man. We will forever be thankful of Obaid!

I have been a patient for 10+ years. Oak Leaf is a trusted medical provider that has not compromised service during their growth. Today, I had two appointments for diagnostic imaging, both were on time. Hope and Abby were the employees that handled my care. They were easy to talk to while they gathered health history information. They were professional and receptive to my needs. Both explained with clarity what they were going to do and why. I never provide negative reviews, but today I had to. It would be wrong to let this one slide. I am a nurse who works in Minnesota and had to call the Eau Claire clinic to request images for a patient who has transferred care. My call started with a rude woman who answered. She cut me off and transferred me to radiology. The woman in radiology was way worse - she was incredibly rude. She immediately interrupted me, actually sighed as if I was inconveniencing her for having to do her job, and when she asked me a question that I did not know the answer to, nor would I know the answer to, she snapped at me. Her behavior was completely unprofessional. If this is how she treats other professionals, I can only imagine the patient care. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone I know and if I ever needed care in Eau Claire, I would avoid this place like the plague!
