Girlfriend had her car towed here when it broke down and I was out of town. I called simply asking if they had checked the battery as easy as that is, because I knew it was a 5 year old battery. I was told by the mechanic that the diagnostic test showed the ECU was out. When i asked if the battery was checked i was met with degrading talk saying he had been a mechanic for however many years yada yada yada and of course he checked the battery. Long story short I called up a local mechanic and had them tow it to his place and check the car out. Ended up being a loose wire to the battery, that was it. Giving a 2 review star because they did reimburse us the check for the diagnostic check ($130 some dollars for a guy to plug in a reader and give me a false reading and say I need a $1000 dollar job to fix the car without checking the battery first) which was nice of them at least.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE! Just wanted my tires rotated. The receptionist (women) couldn't even figure out how to check the millage on my truck. That made me uncomfortable. I just handed this lady my keys. Next thing i know the technicians are opening my hood and taking apart my air filter. When I told the short haired lady (supervisor im assuming) I just wanted my tires rotated she just acted as if i was just a problem she didn't want to deal with and said they always do that but failed to mention that when taking my truck before hand. The shop is built nicly and the MECHANICS did a good job but im not impressed with the 2 women who worked the front of the shop. Next time I'll find a different shop.

Amazing service! Had engine problems driving cross country in my (very very old) truck. I had no appointment. Just showed up when they opened. They got us in right away, found the problem and got us all set. Didn’t even charge for nearly all the labor. Truck runs fantastic now!

Getting the 1st oil change and tire rotation was fine. We even found out we needed an update to computer for a couple of things. So the maintenance service was good. We have been having an issue with the 2 faubs fighting when we are both in the vechile. Within the last 2 months we went to dealership and spent 1 almost 2 hours for the sales guys to figure out something. It worked for awhile but we are same problem again. I feel as expensive as it these vechiles are that we shouldn't be having this problem. Mot sure who to contact about this problem any more.

Your service manager Ed Derleth is very rude and disrespectful. The service that was supposed to be done the was stated was completed and billed the warranty insurance company for was infact not done just code was cleared. Two weeks later the code came back on, we called scheduled an appointment to fix the problem we arrived the made us wait 11/2 hrs past appt only to tell us we needed to schedule another appointment because they didn't have the parts to repair which is 100 percent ridiculous. One automotive is the only people to touch this vehicle since it was purchased new from them in January 16,2021 We have to travel 75 miles one way to get a service done which is 150 miles round trip so it is totally unexceptable to make us travel three times, over 450 miles and three days off of work to repair/replace products on said vehicle. When it was finally completed they had to bring it back in take apart and reassemble because the technician didn't plug the sensor in completely. This is also totally unacceptable. They also said they completely checked the vehicle and did inspection which was filled out only to take over to the express lane for oil change immediately after leaving the shop to find out they overfilled the coolant reservoir, did check any of the filters and basically did nothing. We have the parts that were replaced and they are original not something that was replaced two weeks ago. Very unhappy with the service and personal and way this company does business. We are in the market to purchase a new vehicle but I can promise you it WILL NOT be from this company or any of there dealerships or from Nissan. Very sad and may contact a lawyer also.
