I was getting my car repaired by insurance after an accident. I was told my car was completed the day prior to picking up the vehicle over the phone. I couldn’t pick it up the same day because I had to work. I came in the following morning after I dropped off my rental car. When I came in staff told me the car was not ready and it was my fault for giving back the rental car before the vehicle was done. I said I did not understand why I was told it was ready the day prior and staff if it wasn’t done. Both staff I spoke to were condescending and blamed me for the mixup that was caused. Not professional at all. I would not take your car here if you could avoid it
