They sat on my car for two weeks and didn't even do an estimate, when my insurance called to find out what was happening they got told they are two busy to even look at it and it would be a while. This was two weeks after my appointment to turn the vehicle in. When I had the vehicle pulled to move to another auto body facility they were rude to me and my agent who was helping me.

I've only been in one accident, that being last winter when I smashed my front bumper into a snowbank. I priced it at several places in town and ABRA was the cheapest. They did a very good job with the repair. Granted, it was a pretty simple matter of replacing the front bumper panel, part of a wheel well, and a couple of smaller parts, but it looks as good as new! Couldn't be happier.

You really need to look up this ABRA if you need windshield repair. I travel for work and got two chips in my windshield from an interstate construction zone. Justin and John worked me in and had me our the door in 45 minutes. To say they had the best prices in the area would be an understatement. Thanks guys. You rock.

My husband hit a deer and I recommended he take it to abra as they were good with my car when I hit a deer. I understand that things are slower with covid but we were told it would take 20 days. 31 days later we finally got his Jeep back. We were told they didn’t have any loaner vehicles, after I stated we would have it towed somewhere else they called back thirty minutes later and magically found one. They said multiple times they would call to give an update on the progress, but we ended up having to call. They ordered and painted the wrong bumper and didn’t realize until they went to install it, not making us aware it would take another five days to refix that error. Overall, terrible customer service, hoping the car repair is better than their service.

Had an appointment at 1pm. Apparently the guy went out for lunch instead of making sure he was there for my appointment. I run my own business as well and made this appointment in advance but my days fill quickly. I was told to just come back in a hour or so or later that week. Apparently my time has no value. I called my insurance company and chose a different company. 1st impression is everything.

Had my car fixed there and they forgot to install a couple brackets and clips for the front fender liners. This caused them to rub against my front tires and wear away. Took back several times to remedy and while they replaced the liners, they forgot the clips and brackets every time even though I pointed out that they were missing. Eventually I just gave up and moved on with my life.

I took my car there because a young man Rear ended me and it was the place recommended. I’ve had work done on the vehicle many years ago there. I was very satisfied with the work they were very nice and understanding. When I received my car back they had washed it scrubbed it and it looks great. Except for the weather lol which had snow on it but that can’t be helped but it looked absolutely wonderful. They did an absolutely great job with my car I would recommend them to anyone

Ugh. Thank you so much for fixing my car! I drove into the ditch during a snowstorm and the front end of my car was just a hot mess! But, when I got my car back (side note: the inside of the car was cleaner than when I delivered it which tells me that Abra truly focuses on the details 💜) it looked like brand new! In addition, the staff communicated concerns with me and ensured I was comfortable with what they were doing! Bonus: I was able to pick up my car sooner than estimated! I would also like to thank the staff for being so flexible- I have an odd work schedule which usually goes over closing time and the Abra staff were so kind when I informed them I would be late!

They were fast and very professional. Unfortunately they didn’t put my door back on correctly. When I picked my vehicle up I asked why the door wasn’t flush and they guy said something about aerodynamics. Too bad I believed him. In heavy wind, the door feels like it’s going to blow open, the road noise is loud through it, and it’s cold! I called about it and they never returned my call! The window doesn’t work properly either.
