THE BEST! On the weekend of July 13th, I woke up to find I had a flat tire. I wasted time trying to find a garage that was actually open on Saturday, so I filed a claim through insurance. They gave me an ETA of 45 mins, and the tower--I /think/ it was Aaron--contacted me immediately and gave new ETA as five minutes. EXCELLENT. Since I was visiting the area, I did not know who would be open. Aaron did! We brought the car to Discount Tires who were as equally as helpful. So glad Aaron knew about them and their hours. I told him that his service turned my day around and was even better than my insurance! Thank you, Rodell Towing!

Roadside assistance for lockout contracted Rodell Towing. I was given a 45-75 minute estimate. Within 14 minutes, I was contacted by the driver, he was only minutes away. From the time my claim was filed and keys in hand, was 21 minutes. Driver was kind and professional. Highly recommend. They deserve the high rating they have. Bravo 👏 Rodell Towing! A coworker had been in a severe car accident where he was no conscious and needed to be taken by ambulance to begin several different life threatening surgeries that same night. Approximately an hour or so following the accident we realized he was not going to be able to go home and take care of his dog and he was the only person who had a key to his house. After talking with L.E. We were informed that Ridell Towing Co had the vehicle and its keys. His parents reached out to Rodell and explained the situation and that his dog had already been home for over 10 hours before the accident occurred and needed to be let out and the girl answering the calls said she’d contact the driver but that it was already in the ‘yard’ so there was nothing they could do about it till the next day. At no point did she sound sympathetic or concerned. She didn’t offer any suggestions or offer any condolences. She wasn’t even friendly to a mother that was looking at loosing her son at any moment let alone his poor dog. I understand it’s not their ‘job’ to care, but as a human being you’d think she could’ve atleast pretended to be polite and show some understanding of what was being asked. I know he didn’t have a choice in what tow company was used, but given the chance I would not recommend them.
