We love to come here. The staff is very accomidating, but 5oday I stopped for windshield wipers. I found the to be about 2x the price of what I had compared at Fleet Farm. I'm going to keep shopping.

Went here to get our window wiper replaced. The "manager" Doug was working. My husband asked him if they had the blades we needed and he shrugged his shoulders and said idk probably over down there and pointed down an isle. My husband then asked if they put the blades on for you. Doug replied with uh... well... kinda... sometimes.. we do.. or can ..it depends. Left and took our business to O'Reillys. (Just for clarification he was not helping other customers or doing anything but leaning behind the counter!!)

Deanna at the Vine St. Store is awesome, she will go over and above to help the customers. I took a crazy brake parts problem in to the store and she made sure I left with what I needed for parts. It's employees like her that keeps me coming back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The clerk recommended a light bulb for 50$ and and said this is a white light. I install it and its yellow, go back to exchange for a white bulb and he says “We don't take used electronics” Do not buy your parts from here take my word.

I dropped my ups package off at the front desk. The lady that was working came running out the building after me screaming “you can’t leave that there”. I’m never going there again. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issue with her.

We had an oil seal break on our engine and the workers went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The Manager Deanna was kind enough to accomodate us in anyway she could. Best service I have received in a long time. They were willing to do anything to help a family of complete strangers from out of state. I would recommend the Eau Claire store to anyone in need. The one in Menomonie we stopped at first was extremely helpful in getting us the part we needed too. That's how we ended up in Eau Claire. Fabulous workers really are what makes a great business!

If I could rate stars I would. 2 male customer service reps and one was doing nothing. They had me hook up the code reader by myself in the rain to diagnose my code problem. Then both shrugged their shoulders and wouldn't help me any further. Rude and unprofessional! This service they state on website is a free service they provide and would not take the 2 minutes to help me!

The staff is very helpful and they know their stuff. They even lend out some specialty tools or used to, it's been awhile since I tried but I can't see that changing. They will also help install some things like windshield wipers, test batteries and more to help get your vehicle back on the road! I highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts.

Great selection of what you need in store! Don't have it right here, but it's across town or in the next town? They'll send one of their own drivers to bring it to the store closest to you at no cost! Need to order something? As long as it's coming from their main distribution warehouse, if you decide you don't want it or not going to work, doesn't cost you anything to send it back; doesn't cost anything to have it ordered to the store either just to check it out in the first place! How awesome is that?! Very accommodating! You don't know unless you ask! Just call 'em up or go in there!

Best customer service I've dealt with regards to free tool usage. Rep was knowledgeable beside driver rep but he's just a delivery driver makes sense. Was able to get my car up and running within a couple of hours. Great location and representation

I called ahead and asked if they recycle car batteries and what their policy was. I was told that they can accept 5 or 6 per day per person, and they will give you $10 cash per battery. I brought 5 batteries in, and the manager would only accept three, and he would give a gift card. I came there with a friend and asked if I could recycle 3 batteries and my friend could recycle 2 batteries. He said no, because we drove together. He asked for ID, and when I asked why, he said that the EPA requires them to track who is recycling car batteries. I really doubt that is a requirement! This was not a good experience, and I didn't feel valued as a customer. When I need auto parts, I will give my business to a competitor!
