I was in Eau Claire for business. I was very happy that they were able to provide routine maintenance to my company vehicle. I met the extremely friendly assistant manager, Lily. The customer interaction was fantastic. However, the mechanic did not properly fasten the Oil Access Panel on my Toyota RAV4. The panel partially came off and was dragging along the intestate. Thank goodness it did not come all the way off and damage or cause injury to border vehicle or driver. Of it had cane off, it could have easily decapitated a motorcyclist. I called and explained this to Accurate Automotive, the receptionist took my phone number BUT NO CALL EVER CAME. The Oil Access Panel cannot be purchased separately. Therefore, I had to purchase a completely new undercarriage shield. This shield costs over $310.00. Good customer service deemed this business at least call me to apologize and pay for the shield/damages. I have told every single person I know, the Toyota dealership (where I had to purchase the part), and my regular mechanic about this experience. My regular mechanic was flabbergasted that Accurate Automotive did not offer to pay for the damage because it was entirely their fault. The Toyota dealership, of course, stated they hear this all the time and to always have your vehicle maintained by a "reputable" auto mechanic. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT utilize this business.

As a stranger and non resident of Eau Claire Wisconsin, i came to work in Eau Claire and Brought my car to their shop yesterday to help me fix my coolant tank leak, despite my plea to the attendant to please help me that I don’t want to drive the car like that back to Minneapolis due to the risk. I agreed to drop the car early in the morning and the lady told me she would tried and helped me but might be later in the evening. She later called me at 4:45 pm that they checked my car that nothing is wrong with the coolant tank, I was so happy and I appreciate the work they did but not knowing she lied to me. I found out that they didn’t do anything on my car when I got there to pick my car. The attendant woman wasn’t honest and wasted my time, if I known I would have taken the car to different auto shop.
