This guy talks a good game .. made promises he didn't keep..ripped me off when I confronted him with proof he ripped me off he threatened me physically he said he replaced this he replaced that..I asked him to give me the receipt that he bought the parts ...he could not ..payed him upfront ..that was my mistake..but he said that's the way he dose it ..he sounded so knowledgeable I did it ...if he dose work for you don't pay up front ..and check his work

I called him asking about getting an appointed to check out my car. We've just had a lot of snow and it's hard to see over all snow banks. I called him while I was near the location and asked what the building looked like. I described what was the actually building he said it wasn't and gave me a poor description "it's kind of blue but not really with a parking lot with snow in it" Immediately said "well that narrows it down" and laughed and he hung up on me. I called back and said sorry I didn't mean that rude I was just joking and he said he didn't want to do the job. Idk who says this guy is personal but he isn't in the slightest bit. I don't trust him. I wouldn't trust a shop that can't have a relationship with its customers. Shady to say the least.

I brought a frustrating vehicle in for Justin that Needed a Transmission rebuild. Justin exceeded my expectations. Not only did it need a rebuild but it also had an electrical issue which is what caused the transmission to go out in the first place. He went above and beyond to get my company vehicle on the road. My car exhibited viscous coupler rubbing. Xtreme was too kind and gave me great advice. Got to work and changed the diff and transfer case fluids myself. Turns better and brought down my anxiety about the unknown. New tools $30 Hypoid gear fluid $100. Extreme transmission saved me $100's at a local shop and maybe $1000's at a dealer. Very high rate in comparison. 65% more than the dealership mechanic. Was late to our scheduled appointment. It didn't get finished for 5 hours afterwards( this is a job that takes about 1hour 30 minutes.) I did not leave feeling like a valued customer. *edit* upon reviewing my original bill, it is 100% higher. And considering the mechanic and I discussed the hourly rate in advance and said nothing of flat service charge, I think this is an inappropriate service quality issue.

Justin was a pleasant find in the world of automotive repair. Was able to get an immediate appointment. Quickly diagnosed a need to replace the serpentine belt and showed my son how the belt and pulley system works and why that needed replacing. The part is guaranteed and he encouraged my son to keep the warranty in the glove compartment. Will definitely use Xtreme Transmission again.

When the folks at Sears Auto Center told me I needed to have my transmission fluid flushed and replaced, I didn’t know what to do. I’d never handled this before. So I went online, read some reviews, and gave Xtreme Transmission a call. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day. The owner of this business is very personable, he will explain everything to you, and answer any question you might have. The cost of the service was reasonable. After his service, our Honda Civic runs like a charm and purrs like a kitten. I would definitely use this service again!

I own Automotive Body Specialists and recently had someone else rebuild my Wrangler 5-speed transmission for us...with less than 5 miles on it, it locked up in two gears simultaneously...and never worked in 5th gear. Soon after this time this "mechanic" closed his shop and took on a factory job (probably for the best judging by his work). I hated biting the bullet and paying someone else to rebuild it again, but wasn't left with many other options since we do not rebuild transmissions ourselves. I could not have had a better experience than with Justin at Xtreme Transmission. He found the problems, replaced all parts necessary and stayed at the quote he gave me. In fact, from what I understand he had to replace more than he originally thought, but never changed his price to reflect his increased investment into my transmission. Not only do they know what they are doing at Xtreme but they have integrity, and are honest when dealing with their customers. Many shops look for any way they can to increase their original bid, but Justin explained that he feels it is important to honor "the handshake." I brought my failing Ford Escape to Xtreme to get a second opinion based on a poor experience with "the other guys". Justin was more then thorough and complete. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All though ultimately, i decided to not fix the vehicle because it was time to upgrade, I know that that was the right decision because of how Justin informed me about the problem.
