Very disappointed. The actual mechanic work is great, but the customer service sucks. Two times in a row I made an appointment for half past an hour. Upon arrival I was informed that my appointment was at the hour and they wouldn't even entertain the possibility that one of their employees might have made a mistake in the scheduling. I've been coming here for years, but sadly this is the final straw. Once might have been my mistake, but twice is two thirds of the way to a pattern. Lots of other muffler places in town, take your car elsewhere.

I needed an exhaust leak fixed for a much cheaper price that I could afford. Recommend by my regular mechanic and I was not disappointed. My car is quiet now and I am very satisfied with the service they provided me. I will definitely go back if I need any other repairs like this in the future. I'm very thankful for the work that was done and my car runs better than before, but the business was shady due to the lack of communication and professionalism. I had to call and ask for updates each day and they never informed me that they broke my radiator while replacing my catalytic converter. I was stuck paying for the new radiator even though they admitted to breaking it and a morning job turned into 4 days. After talking with Ryan, he seemed like a trustworthy guy, but definitely think they can improve and make things fair by owning up to their mistakes.

I have used Mighty Muffler for repairs on multiple vehicles and have always been satisfied with their service. They are the best and sometimes booked out but worth the wait. On one occasion I had another repair shop unable to complete a repair and they brought the vehicle to Mighty Muffler and they were able to fix it. Highly recommend this shop. They fixed an issue that I had with my vehicle and had been trying to fix at other shops since August. Ryan was able to look at my vehicle and almost immediately know what was going on with it. It has been almost a week and Its like driving a new vehicle. I installed a new performance exhaust on my pickup that was all clamped. When I finished, it wasn’t straight, a hanger was wrong and rubbing on the frame making noise, and I didn’t install the chrome tips. Mighty Muffler didn’t hesitate to take on clocking the system so it was straight, fixing and even improving the bad hanger, and added the chrome tips. This exhaust was even more challenging to weld up as it was designed for clamps. My chrome tips look great, welds are solid and clean, and I couldn’t be happier!
