The young man that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Mary, my tech, was very thorough in checking out the car. My issue was I had an 8 am appointment and I was 10 minutes early. The appointment took 1 hour and 47 minutes for an oil change. I have a business to run, and I locked the doors so I could go get a oil change thinking it would take 30 to 45 minutes. In the future, please let me know before hand so I can make different arrangements. Or let me use a car.

Sales department is great! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair. Service… ugh! Does not feel like a luxury brand experience. Being a former BMW Service Advisor and Mercedes-Benz technician. This experience is underwhelming, disappointing and frustrating at times. Makes me regret getting an Audi. To the point, I’m looking at replacing my Audi with another manufacturer. Most likely Toyota/Lexus. Parts… a little better but still rough around the edges.
