I trust Ken Vance with my vehicle maintenance and this last time as with each visit my service technician Jonathan was great! The young man that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Mary, my tech, was very thorough in checking out the car. My issue was I had an 8 am appointment and I was 10 minutes early. The appointment took 1 hour and 47 minutes for an oil change. I have a business to run, and I locked the doors so I could go get a oil change thinking it would take 30 to 45 minutes. In the future, please let me know before hand so I can make different arrangements. Or let me use a car.

The BEST car buying experience I've ever had! All the guys I worked with were incredible - super kind and with great energy. Everyone there seemed more like a friend than someone trying to make a quota (they don't have commission-based pay btw). They were as excited about the Tesla I was purchasing as I was and gave me a stellar trade-in offer! They even stayed well after closing to answer questions and clean my car and it felt like they would stay as long as I needed them to. I tend to trade in my car every two years and told them I will definitely be back.

My auto-wipers turned on in the car wash and ripped both wipers off. The serviceman was able to retrieve them both however the passengers side was torqued some and wouldn’t stay down. I immediately drove to the Audi service department in hopes of a chance they could fit me in. There were more cars there than I’ve ever seen. I explained my dilemma and right away someone came out to assess my wipers. Within 15 minutes I was on my way, wiper base adjusted, both wipers on and they topped off my washer fluid to boot! “No charge!” Once again I was treated to their excellence in service… They never fail to satisfy in excellent service. I am determined to always deal with this company and will encourage others too as well!

The service seems just fine. But this is the 2nd time that I have taken my vehicle, that I purchased there, and had it serviced and it says complimentary wash and vacuum and not one thing done or even a mention of it. Why even offer it if it never gets done?

Jonathan always friendly, courteous and respectful. I recently had work done elsewhere and was appalled at the outcome.(I was in 2 accidents within a week. It had a 5 star rating, even.) Audi actually fixed a major problem within minutes, (the other establishment was over 2 weeks and STILL hadn’t fixed) also discovered a serious neglect that the ‘elsewhere’ work order said was done but in fact wasn’t! Thanks to Audi’s video, the omission was VERY obvious and shouldn’t have been checked off as complete. The final charge was very reasonable especially considering they saved me from a probable roadside breakdown. I’ve worked with the men and women there since 2017. They’ve always been professional, respectful AND thorough. I’ve always been thrilled with my final outcome. Frankly, they’re also reasonably priced compared to other local maintenance companies! They were even able to fix a minor emergency right on the spot a couple months back, with no charge at all! I really can’t say enough! I’m a happy customer!

Everyone is always friendly but my service times are extremely long. My scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was 10:30 am. I dropped my car off at 10:15 so it would be ready for my 10:30 time slot. I did not check out of your facility until 1:05 pm. Why does it take 2 hrs and 35 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement? When I check in they gave me an estimated time of 1 hour.
