My son bought a 2001 BMW 330i from Eau Claire Automotive Group, a month and a half later the engine blow, I ask the owner of Automotive Group to help, he more or less laughed, he then told me he would give me a big discount on labor if bought a rebuilt motor. This was how much of a discount; I paid $2500 for a rebuilt motor, he said he installed it, he charged me $5000 to install the engine! So with 3 months of buying the car I had spent over $15000, this man is a criminal, do not buy any car from what is now One Automotive!!

My name is actually Jonte Buchanan I do not have a google account so I am writing my review under a friends. I just recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Eau Claire Automotive group. My sales reps name was Lyndsay who by the way insisted upon me giving her a good review only a day after selling me this vehicle. Me being the sister of a mechanic I know better than to drive a vehicle for even less than a month before prior issues start to surface. Within a day or two after driving off with the Nissan I notice my RPM’s are jumping all over the place. My acceleration and deceleration was off. I was told by Lyndsay that until it’s a major issue they wouldn’t address it. I also noticed condensation filling into my right tail light to the point of making an ice block in casing the tail light bulb. Was also told they wouldn’t do anything about that but that I could drill some holes into the tail light. Then about a week after that my alternator went out. Now they did help with that but that was the only fix they helped with. When I brought up the issue of my RPM’s and acceleration/ deceleration again I was told to bring it into Nissan service. The service desk rep was very rude wasn’t even paying attention to me when I was telling her new issues I noticed. Then proceeded to let me sit there for 2 and a half hours after I told her multiple times I had to be to work by 3pm it was now about 2pm. My car had been sitting on the side of the building for god knows how long. She then tossed my keys at me and in a very rude tone said “well go ahead and take your car then I guess we’ll call you when we know anything.” Just to find out that it’s a transmission code error and the warranty Eau Claire Auto had me get the day I left with the Nissan wasn’t going to cover the cost of the fix. I’ve had this vehicle less than a month. I do not recommend eau claire auto to anyone.

Worked with Steve Connell on the lease of a new Nissan Altima. Great experience. He wasn’t pushy, he’s friendly, knowledgeable, worked in a veterans discount, and made the process extremely quick. I think I spent a total of less than 2 hours between initial stop and test drive to final signature. Highly recommend, especially if your credit rating isn’t great. Will definitely go back when the time for another new car arises.
