The receptionist was very friendly and responsive! The oil change was done in a timely manner and I had a comfortable environment in which to wait. The cost of the service has doubled in recent years, but that is not surprising with the economy. I was disappointed with the courtesy car wash. My car was still dirty and salty in various spots.

Usually always had great service. But I asked to have the windshield cleaned on the inside it looks like he took a grease rag over it. The windshield is terrible driving against the sun it is really glary worse than when we brought it in. Otherwise, the rest was all OK. Sorry for the complaint but was very disappointed. I expected to have a clean windshield.

Dealerships get a bad rap for their service departments being too expensive. While that is certainly true at times, I must say that my recent experience here was excellent. My battery died at 5pm. Their service department closes at 6pm. I called at 5:30 and asked if there was any chance they had a battery in stock and whether they could install it before they closed. They said, sure, bring it down. I was there by 5:45pm and they had me out the door by 6pm with a new battery that was the same cost as a local low cost retailer in the area. Super impressed.

Don’t recommend getting services done at this Honda dealership. If you have any modifications on your vehicle, they’ll just throw you a bill and claim they looked at it but really don’t want to waste they’re time with it. All they do is run it through a scanner, which I can get done ANYWHERE. Save your money and time and go to a Honda dealership over in the cities of Minnesota. These people will just take advantage of you. Luckily I did get some of my money back because they confirmed it themselves.
