This would have been a 5 star except for the fact that a part was broken in the process of getting a body panel off and a replacement was not immediately available. So, we need to return to the dealer when it comes in. This minor trouble was somewhat alleviated by the great personal service by JB at the service check-in desk..Thanks JB!

This recall has been ongoing for more than a year (not any fault of Ken Vance). Once parts arrived we had to schedule out months. Everyone was great at Ken Vance. I do wish they would devote a place of customers to more easily work while getting their car serviced. However, our service took half the time we were told so it was a wonderful surprise.

I would like to give zero stars. Scheduled an oil change with tire rotation…Picked the car up after hours on a Saturday so none of the service team were there. Driving the care away and noticed that it felt like my tire was going to fall off! Lug nuts missing and lug nuts that were present were so loose you could turn them with your fingers! If I would have gone any further my tire would have fell off!!! Had to wait til Monday. When I picked up the car was given an apology, which I appreciated. However, this was my daughters cars and this could have been dangerous! DO BETTER!

We paid $350. Car not fixed. Oil change for $100. Had to come in for fuel recall. Was told after 3.5 hours that gas tank was too full so they couldn’t compete the recall. Then paid $180 for diagnostic testing . Not sure if the dash lights were on due to the recall ; however was told there was an issue with a part for the transmission but “we’re lucky we don’t need a new transmission”…. So nothing fixed all dash lights still on and no part ordered but cost $350. Lastly, I called to talk to service manager and left a message to get no response. Disappointed .

After my appointment I went directly home, just on the other side of the interstate. Saturday morning I drove to Chippewa, and my low tire pressure light came on. Pulled into a gas station and none of them appeared low. Called my nephew, a mechanic to ask him, he said either it was not retrained after the rotation or one of the tires had more pressure than the others. And, I laugh that people pay to have their cabin filter and engine air filter changed out at the dealership. Why would I pay over $100, when I can purchase them both for less than $30 and do it myself, or my son can do it?

Thank you for an excellent customer service experience, on Monday, July 21, 2025. Leanna Putzke helped us at the front desk, and was professional and courteous. Our car was there for recall work, which was done on time. In addiction, the car wash, free drinks from the vending machine, and (best of all) the complimentary shuttle service to and from the Oakwood Mall was wonderful (both drivers were friendly and professional). Thank you for a great experience from beginning to end.

I was angry when I arrived because I'd scheduled a 70,000 mile tune up and was told when i arrived that they couldn't do one on a Sat. Almost left because I'll have to schedule that work later. People scheduling appointments should be aware of when work can and cannot be done. And don't like your video on car work - that will disappear. I want a paper form i can keep with my records so i know what my tires, breaks, etc levels are. Staff was very pleasant and coffee was good.

Great customer service and gotta love the shuttle service. After diagnostic they needed to order parts, I scheduled a week out. Didn't pick up my car same day. Then they got the parts in and fixed it a week before scheduled. Kinda feel like buying a lottery ticket as my luck just turned.
