They dont stand by their work, we bought a used trailer, went to put our second load on it and the rear of the trailer collapsed. All the tires blew in the first week. They cant weld, paid over $20,000 for a worthless trailer that we cant even trade in..wont be doing any business with them again. 1 star is because I had to in order to leave a review.

These guys are great and have fair prices, I own a truck repair shop in the Chicago area and I can tell you when shops try to rip you off, not these guys, spoke with Jim for a breakdown on 94, he sent he's road service truck, was not able to fix it on the road and we towed to his shop, they took care of the problem very fast and charged me fair prices, I totally recommend these guys.

Took my trailer here to get the rear d.o.t. bumper fixed after it got ripped off, they did an awesome job getting it welded back up and looking real good! Definitely recommend, 5 stars!!

Trailers are trash.within 30 days of buying a "good to go" Conestoga with a fresh DOT, I did brakes, drums, s cam bushing tubes, slack adjusters, shocks, 2 air bags and 3 wheel seals. Not to mention the 5 panels, entire read frame and rub rail seals that are all ordered. Roof springs leaks faster than I can patch it.

Blew a heater hose on the interstate. Called at 7am told them my issue said we will be there asap. 30mib truck was to me. Fixed me up and was gone in half hour. Had a F550 TV truck giving me issues and Matt took a peek at my truck, helped diagnose some issues, and allowed me to hang out on site while I waited for a tow truck to show up. While they werent able to work on my truck, they still took time to take a look at it, check fault codes, and helped explain what the likely issue was. Also, he didnt even charge for his time. TA screwed me and Eau Claire Truck and Trailer fixed my trailer door properly at a fare price. This is my new shop. They didn’t push extra work and charged me what the time actually was. (My new shop) TA messed up dry van trailer door. I made my Water delivery and my entire door seal fell off. No pins to hold it. Could see daylight too. (I kid you not TA tech put the trailer seal on the wrong side up, never used pins to lock the seal. I open the doors at receiver. Seal fell off the door frame in pieces)

These guys are amazing and I'll be back if I need help again in the area! They helped me on an extremely cold day, January 13th, with an air leak coming from my discharge hose. The air leak would not allow me to shift into high gear so I was stuck. They took me in on short notice when Freightliner said they wouldn't touch it til the next day. They got a new line on in a couple of hours and sent me on my way for a great price and I made my next appointment on time. I would've lost revenue and had to reschedule had I waited til the next day to get fixed. God bless America and God bless this shop! 🇺🇲
