We had a great experience at Morrie's! After an unexpected dead vehicle, we came this week just to look around. Scott stayed late to let us test drive & discuss options within our budget. He was so kind and professional, we didn't feel pressured or "sold" to like at some places. Today we left with a used Kia Optima and are so happy with our purchase! Love Love Love my Subaru! Bought for first time in 2023 from Chilsons. Now bought from new owners Morries. We drive 4 hours round trip because they take care of us. Rob was our first Subaru salesmen he is now the Sales Manager, worked with both Rob and Shane on this purchase and they truly listened to what we needed and made us feel like we were the most important people there at the time. Not a positive experience. Hindsight, didn’t feel we were allowed to pick vehicle, salesman picked based on what he felt we wanted. Would have liked to walk around all the vehicles and seen inventory that way—maybe I’m old school that way. Also pressured into buying extended warranty which they said covers 7 years or 100,000 miles. After reading through, states odometer must be under 80,000 miles. Thank you for getting back to us and explaining that the odometer being under 80,000 miles meant the car's odometer needed to be under 80,000 miles in order to purchase. Also, I know that your location is doing remodeling, so access and organization of the vehicles isn't your normal. The salesman did understand features that we desired, and believe he did help us to get features we wanted. However, we were on a time schedule and asked to put car on hold. He assured us it wouldn’t take long. Biggest mistake. Took forever. Was just a really long drawn out process for purchasing a car, and I hope we can come to an agreement on the extended warranty.

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was courteous to our needs. They let us checkout the vehicle inside of their service bay so we could keep our toddler out of the cold. Our salesman shawn was fun to work with and was very friendly. If I had to make a complaint it would be that they didn't fill up the gas tank before we left, but they did give us a handful of free carwash cards to make up for it.

My experience was awesome! All staff from Manager, Katherine down all greeted me as they saw me and were happy and personable. This is my fourth year with this Subaru dealership and the second year with my sales rep, Jake. Jake is an incredible young man from start to finish. He is so happy, funny, caring about his customers but absolutely thorough with his work. In the past I formerly looked at dealing with sales people in a car dealership as like having a tooth pulled until I met Jake two years ago. No way could anyone feel this way with him. No pressure at all, but assured I was absolutely pleased and I got all I wanted in these final years of being able to drive. I was skeptical when the dealership was sold to Morrie’s but they give you that same small town satisfaction as was always part of Chilson’s. Keep up the great work Morrie’s and feel blessed that you have salespeople like Jake. From all I met you have great staff. It was just my blessing to have worked with Jake again Blessing for continued success to all.

Could not have had a better experience! Westy was straightforward, helpful, not pushy, and actually knew what he was talking about. We went in looking at a Forester or an Outback, test-drove both, and liked both. We planned on stopping at other dealerships, but never needed to. Morrie’s Subaru made the whole process simple. We had a payment in mind and they worked hard to hit it. I feel a lot better now knowing my family is in a safe, reliable new vehicle and when it’s time for my next one, I’m switching to Subaru.
