How I am not new to the Subaru world, I am new to Eau Claire and working with Morrie’s Subaru. Needed something bigger than my Crosstrek, but was shopping on a strict budget. Jason and Katherine were amazing to work with - I told them my budget and what I was looking for, and within minutes they reccommended a Forester that fit what I needed. The entire process of test driving the car, evaluating my old Crosstrek and purchasing the Forester took less than an hour, I was back home in time to walk my pups. Thank you, Jason and Katherine!

The service there was awesome. Everyone was enthusiastic about helping me purchase my Subaru, and creating a positive environment and experience. They had left me with a full tank of gas, three Subaru dog toys for the dogs at home, a Subaru dog stuffed animal for the car, a pin, pens, tote bags, and car wash cards. And they had also stayed past the closing time to wrap up paperwork. Morrie’s went above and beyond in expectations, generosity, and courteousness.

While using Cars.com I found my vehicle. I wanted to thank all the folks involved with my 2023 Outback XT Touring from Jason the salesman Superior comminution and exceptional knowledge, Katherine the Sales manager that made the deal happen, Alisha in Finance with the paperwork quickly completed, the car detail staff getting the car looking factory fresh and everyone else getting the vehicle ready to go in less than a day for my turn around trip. This Subaru family dealership made buying this vehicle a joy. The savings were huge, and I had to travel (because the price for the SUV was awesome beating other competitors) from Grand Forks ND to Eau Claire WI a 400 mile /6 hrs one way trip, but well worth the drive.
