I have been a regular with Olson’s auto for around 15 years. They are always courteous, friendly, and accommodating. If you are looking for an honest mechanic with reasonable prices that you can really trust, that you’re not getting ripped off for work you don’t need, then this is the place. A friend highly recommended Olson’s and I’ll so glad they did! I thought I needed a new power steering pump but they recommended they look at it first. It turned out to be a spring clamp failure on the power steering return line, saving hundreds of dollars. Thank you Olson technicians!! Also received a loaner car and a follow up afterwards. I had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed at Olson Auto LLC! Kerri Gerdes and the rest of the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even gave me a quick rundown of my vehicle’s condition. The pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!

I just had a full set of tires put on, oil change & lubricated the trunk hinges and before anything was done I knew what my bill was going to be...NOT after the fact. But another issue came up on my way to drop off the car. After they diagnosed the issue they called and told me the problem and the cost to fix it. NO BIG surprises when I got there.

We were very happy with our service at Olson’s auto. We have taken two vehicles there. The first one was unexpected and we went because it was close and convenient to where our vehicle broke down. The second was because of the friendly, honest affordable service we received on the first. Both visits, the staff was incredibly friendly, upfront about costs/timeline. The second car we received not so good news (it’s 20 years old) but Zach was still willing to explain everything thoroughly and was not pushy at all for us to fix something that didn’t make sense to fix on a 20 year-old vehicle and quite the opposite actually. When we told them we weren’t going to replace the transmission or the brakes after the diagnosis, he said he understood because that money would go a lot further for a down payment on a newer vehicle. Our decision wasn’t made off the cost of the quote, it was made off of what the car was worth and all the things that needed to be done. We appreciated the friendly, no pressure service and the very affordable pricing.
