Excellent service all around. Everything about working with Pro Valley Auto Glass was great. Mark called to inform me that the windshield they were going to install had a large scratch in it so they did not want to put it in my car. Another new one was quickly ordered and a few days later I had my windshield installed. The new one looks excellent and the price was below other big name brands in town. Furthermore even with having to order a 2nd windshield the turn around time was quicker than If I tried to get scheduled at other places in town. Very pleased with my experience at Pro valley Auto Glass.

Mark was able to get me in on short notice to repair a rock chip in my windshield. He was very polite and we had great conversation while we waited for the seal to do its work. He was very knowledgeable and got the repair done quick. On top of that their pricing blew safelites estimate out of the water! Definitely recommend for any of your auto glass needs

Had a windshield put in. It was scratched in the drivers view. He acknowledged it and said he would see what he could do. Came back and tried to buff it. That did no good. Came back again to replace it but his co-worker was sick so he couldn't do it alone. So he tried to buff it again, still didn't help. He did call his windshield supplier in front of me and did get the scratched windshield warrantied. What happened to that windshield is anybody's guess. So I did reach out to get it replaced with the warrantied one 15 days later in a text asking "What day next week would work to get the windshield in? Tue Thur or Fri would work on my end". No response. Waited 6 days and texted "tomorrow work?" No response. Waited 8 more days and texted "I've reached out several times on this issue. How would you like to proceed from here?" Big surprise, no response!! That's my story. Said he would take care of it, then ghosted me. Beyond disjointed.

Mark and his team are amazing! They have the lowest prices around, are so fast, have excellent customer service, and are extremely professional. I’ve had them replace a windshield on one vehicle and reattach a rear view mirror on another. Mark gives such Great customer service that he didn’t even charge me to reattach the rear view mirror that had fallen off my Son’s jeep. This business is the only place I will ever get my windshield service done at!
