Bought a Kia from there a few weeks ago. After sale was complete they then gave me one very beat up key fob, didn’t tell me before I signed paperwork I would only get one. When I asked why they didn’t advertise this they said “well did you ask?” And that it was common to only get 1 key for a used car. They offered to ask previous owner and get back to me, but likely only said this to get me out the door because I never heard any follow up. He did tell me that he was a super busy person, so if I did call he probably wouldn’t answer the phone. One key fob was not mentioned anywhere on any list of drawbacks. There was no warning ahead of time. Missing front license plate holder. They said they’d order it and let us know, haven’t heard anything. Just recently did an oil change. All fluids were low, so they didn’t even do maintenance on this car before I bought it. Sold it very as is, heck I’m surprised the gas tank was full. They don’t seem to care about anything but the sale. Also when we were looking at vehicles the salesman told us our vehicle was exactly like the other ones we looked at. All the same features. It wasn’t. The trunk didn’t auto-open, which isn’t a deal breaker but it might have been had we known about the fob as well. Little hidden details that feel more like a gotcha now that you’ve signed the paperwork. Not impressed at all.

Prestige was impressive, all the way around! Our vehicle broke down on the Interstate about 15 miles from this dealership - 3 hours away from our home. Since we have a Kia, we had it towed to Prestige, as their dealership came up on google as a Kia dealership. We were impressed from the get-go; even with the very first super polite phone call we had with them inquiring if they could even look at our vehicle. Logan, in the service department was super friendly, accommodating, kind, helpful, great problem-solver, and thorough! We had bad news, which he delivered very graciously . . .engine blown, but since we were so far away from home he managed to squeeze our vehicle in and have it looked at within an hour or so. He had it diagnosed within hours and received a new engine in just days with a very fair price! We also decided to check out new vehicles since our engine blew to see our options, and Tony, our sales associate, was amazing! Not pushy or sketchy, at all - super kind, thoughtful, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone we encountered at Prestige was exceptional! We were blown away with the helpfulness and kindness extended to us, especially being stranded 3 hours from home. They eagerly drove us to multiple locations while we were attempting to find a rental car, hotel, etc. - all complimentary. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Prestige if you want stellar customer service and fair pricing! They went above and beyond in all areas. 10/10.

Made an appointment for 10am. Was told it would take two hours to do an oil change and tire rotation! I have now been her going on 4 hours and they have not finished my vehicle! This is the worst time management I’ve ever seen. You should not be able to say quick line! Nothing quick about it! Don’t bother making an appointment because it doesn’t matter. Staff didn’t care when I asked what was going on! Never again
