I pulled in at 5 pm on a Saturday, clearly not a local and unlikely to be a repeat customer. I had a tail light out, and was on the road from Chicago to St Paul. The wait was reasonable to get in, then they got the bulb replaced and my oil changed very fast. Customer service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. Nobody tried to sell me anything, only asked a couple of things and took no for an answer. I was pleased and on the road again in short order. I could not have been more pleased.

This place was amazing. I came in for an oil change and not only were the technicians extremely knowledgeable about their job, they noticed my car had a clanking/knocking noise. They didn't just let me drive off because they sincerely cared about my safety and that of the vehicle. Come to find out, a brake caliper bolt was missing. They literally saved my life and my pockets. I highly recommend a place that shows their customers this type of service. Also, very affordable and time efficient. Thank you guys!!

I went in last week for a new filter and an oil change. When I pulled into the garage I made it clear that I was just interested in an oil change and filter. The tech came in with a price of $107 with the oil change, filter and a tire rotation. I gave the go ahead and for them to perform those services. After an hour and a half he came back with the price of $500 to get all of these "necessary" services. I stated I didn't want those services and they tried to convince me otherwise. I again stated that I was leaving only paying the $107 for the above stated services. A week later I has someone look at my oil to ensure I recived my paid for service and they found otherwise. My oil was black and over filled. I do not recommend going to this location as they will Nickle and dime you if they think they can get away with it.

They fixed the issues caused by the last person that did an oil change on my vehicle. It took a lot longer than a normal oil change, but they did not charge me extra. Very friendly!

DO NOT GO HERE! They screwed up my oil change twice in a row. They were vague about how they screwed up, but it resulted in me running out of oil both times.The second time the assistant manager blamed my car for it because "Hyundai's are bad cars". The manager got involved and took care of it, but I went to a repair shop shortly afterwards just to see how they did, and they told me even he did a bad job. After he changed my oil for a third time, they gave me a coupon for a free oil change, which is honestly insulting. Never even offered to refund me for any of the $70 oil changes. I've NEVER had a worse experience at any business, please learn from my mistake and never go here.

I recently went there to get an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter and to top off all my fluids. After taking my vehicle in I went home and was going to replace my wipers that had just come in. To access my wipers you have to pop the hood. I noticed that my coolant was low and my washer fluid was almost empty. If they lack on completing simple tasks you can easily check there’s no telling what else the skimped out on or forget about. There was also never a new sticker put with the mileage/date to return. This has been my go to place as of late but paying 200$ for this level of service is not acceptable.

Unsure of why people complain about waiting times - what do you expect without an appointment?! I had an awesome service done here. Came in for an oil change and discovered some other things that needed to be fixed. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a nice place to sit outside. Would give these guys 10 stars if I could. These other negative comments are not representative of the service that is done here. Also, if you are kept past their estimated time - they will give you FREE car washes. 10/10 best experience I've had with my vehicle!

Speed and quality doesn't seem to be their top priority. Yesterday I came in to try and get my oil changed. Not only did I leave after about 2 hours of waiting, but during that time a van they were working on had to be back out of the garage due to it smoking and leaking oil. One car isn't a big deal. Today I came by and tried again but as soon as I pulled up, there was ANOTHER smoking vehicle that had to be rolled out. Two cars makes me worried. After that car stopped smoking and left another one took its place. Surprise surprise, it too started to smoke and had to be backed out. If you want your car to survive an oil change PLEASE go somewhere else. Here are two pictures of the cars after they stopped smoking.

I love the Eau Claire Facility the best quick and responsive to the customer's needs. I followed Sean from Chippewa to Eau Claire who's terrific with customer service and the customer's needs. I love the Eau Claire Facility better because it serves nice hot popcorn for the customers while we wait. I just wish the prices were a little lower, but you get what you pay for!

Went to get my oil changed and not even a half a mile down the road my check engine light came on. Now just under a week later my radiator fluid is running down the road after a quick drive to the store. Just wanted an oil change and they messed with my hoses and filters to the point i cant even get to work tomorrow. Don't recommend

It was very heartwarming to see someone actually care about another person. Stopped here while on vacation for a quick oil change, but- The staff here legit probably saved my life. At the very least they helped me avoid an accident. My tires were BAD. Really bad. Idk how i didn't notice. They made sure i knew and then helped me find a place to get a new tires after 4pm on a Friday. They were super nice while i panicked a little and let me stay in the waiting room making phone calls and new plans. Everyone was so friendly and really kind. I can't say enough nice things about my experience here.

Took my truck for an oil change (typically do at home myself). They failed to mention at any time that it was $14 per quart after 5 quarts and then gave me an attitude when I asked how my oil change could possibly be $250. Defiantly never going back and never recommending anyone go there.

Got my oil changed and the customer service from the mechanic wasn't very friendly. The person at the front desk was amazing. Tried up selling me an air filter even though it was just changed 5000 miles ago... Seems like they were trying to get one over on me just because I'm a woman....
