My experience was nothing but bad from the start. Gerber Collision and Glass is very unorganized, poor communication, and plain out rude. I took my vehicle in for an estimate on a Friday and still by Tuesday they had still not done the estimate nor had anyone called to give me a time frame. I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday when I had enough. Upon picking my vehicle up I was spoken to rudely. Told good luck finding another shop ect.

I was originally told that my repair in Eau Claire, WI would take 4-5 days so I secured a rental car for 5 days. On what should’ve been Day 3 of my repair, I got a call and was told my truck was just being brought in and the repair will start on what should be Day 4. So I had to secure my rental for another 3 days which was extra $300+ out my pocket. When I was told I could do I a survey to rate them, I stated the above fact when I was picking up my truck today and that it will cost myself an extra $300+. The comment I received was “I’m sorry to hear that”. No mention was made about trying to make it right. I have yet to receive a survey via text or email so I’m making my own survey here. Needless to say I won’t recommending Gerber to my friends…..instead I’ll be telling my friends to stay away from Gerber.

Very bad experience. Long story short, vehicle in multiple times, without it for about a month total. All you hear is excuses. Completely unorganized and work done was far from professional. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Gerber collision.

Stay the heck away! I’ve been trying to get this place to fix my car from a warranty standpoint for 6 months. When I called a few weeks ago, I got “im glad you called, do you have the other locations phone number? Are you kidding me?. Then we had another vehicle go in and they have lied to us for 5 weeks. Waiting on seals, waiting on seals… then they told us that it’s going to paint.. they have no clue what they are doing and I can only anticipate what the outcome will be once we get it back.. please, do not take your vehicle here even if your insurance company recommends them. I’m sure now that the output of paint job will suffer from this post, but I want to warn others.
