Service was great! Received a call part way into the service call, updating me on what they found and what the progress was. After the service was complete , I was sent a video from the service tech showing what they found and what they fixed. I was notified as soon as the service was completed. Would definitely recommend for service!! Great friendly service!!

I went in for an oil change and had some other concerns. At first, it was explained they likely would not be able to address the concerns due to time restrictions, understandably. Well, they must have been able to figure it out very quickly and it was all fixed that day along with my oil change. I think my favorite part was the video (of my tech and car explaining and SHOWING what had been wrong). The video is excellent and the tech (I think John C) explained everything so well and compared the broken pieces and broken functions to what it was supposed to look like and do with the new pieces.
