It’s really funny to me that service is reaching out to me for my review being that I waited from November 2023 to February 2024 for my corrosion warranty claim on my GTI and the service manager Michelle could not be bothered to call or reach out even if I stopped into the dealer and had her service writers write notes and leave them on her desk. I eventually stopped waiting and got a low trade in number for that car because she couldn’t be bothered to follow up and do her job. So thank you Eau Claire Volkswagen Sales for getting me out of that car!

After the service was complete , I was sent a video from the service tech showing what they found and what they fixed. I was notified as soon as the service was completed. I went in for an oil change and had some other concerns. At first, it was explained they likely would not be able to address the concerns due to time restrictions, understandably. Well, they must have been able to figure it out very quickly and it was all fixed that day along with my oil change. I think my favorite part was the video (of my tech and car explaining and SHOWING what had been wrong). The video is excellent and the tech (I think John C) explained everything so well and compared the broken pieces and broken functions to what it was supposed to look like and do with the new pieces.

Never received a quote for the work that was scheduled. Asked twice. Work needed to be done regardless, and knew Volkswagen service prices would be higher. As I have already had work performed multiple times in the past. And was completely shocked by the amount once they performed the work. First time hearing the amount, was as a text for the amount due. Second item, we have 2 vehicles that we have serviced at Volkswagen/Audi and half of the correspondence goes to husband’s info, and should be going to wife’s info. Original account was only the wife, as that is the only vehicle that was actually purchased through Volkswagen. Have tried to correct this multiple times and here we are receiving this survey for the wife’s automobile on the husband’s email.

Im very happy with the service I received. I had a recall done and they vacuumed my car out as well free of charge. They seemed very honest as well as I asked them to see if my car needed an alignment and they came back and said they checked it and the tires were wearing evenly. They could have just as easily said I needed one and billed me for it. I will definitely be stopping here when I'm in need of my next vehicle.

I love taking my Volkswagen in for servicing here. I’m always greeted by my first name upon pulling into the servicing department. They are always very thorough with what will be done and keep you updated along the way. You even get a video at the end of your servicing explaining what was done and the status of your vehicle. Love this company!

My appointment time was shorter than I anticipated. Johnathan my service advisor answered my questions and was very professional. We knew what the issue was with our 2015 Jetta, as our regular shop had diagnosed it but was not equipped for this type of repair for a Volkswagen. So we called for an estimate for replacing our damaged transmission pan and completing a transmission flush. We could not get a rough quote over the phone and were told we needed to set up an appointment for the service department to take a look. When my husband brought the car at the appointed time, he was kept waiting for nearly 2 hours then was presented with a bill for $200. Apparently an estimate for a known and previously diagnosed problem required a full blown multi-point inspection?? After he protested, they did waive the charges. Their repair estimate was twice as much as another local import repair shop. Obviously we won’t get the repairs done at One Automotive. When this car goes away, we’ll never buy another VW nor patronize this business.
