Jake is Amazing! I was in Chippewa Falls for my sons hockey game and hour away from home. My car started making a loud noise and my battery light came on and my car went into battery saver mode and I knew I was in trouble. I looked for shops nearby not thinking anything would actually be open on a Sunday but complete auto was open and answered! Jake agreed to look at my car so I drove there and he quickly diagnosed and had a quote for me. I decided to leave my car for him to repair and he even kindly gave me a ride back the the ice rink. Jake only works by appointment but he squeezed my repairs in and had my car ready two days later. Jake was very reasonable and kept me updated. I highly recommend him.★★★★★ 11 months ago

Called on a Saturday and Jake was able to fix my heater. Thought it was the blower motor. Turns out it was the wiring that needed to be rewired to the resistor. The service was great! The mechanic was timely. At first the mechanic thought it was the tensioner and then realized it was the AC unit that needed to be replaced along with the pulley.
