Stick to Wal-Mart being a grocery store not a service center. Ordered tires online. Arrived 30min early to appointment. They took my vehicle in 30min after appointment. Waited another 30min to call me to say they cant install tires due to them not being correct size, even tho on check-in the tablet specified the tire size as an option to be installed. I had read about this on other reviews but figured that was more for people running massive tires etc. Not someone who went from running a 275/55R20 to a 275/60R20. So then it takes another 40min to get all this refunded and squared away. The manager was great but the overall experience was horrible. I ended up stopping at Discount tire. They had me taken care of on the spot. I spent less time in Discount Tire than I did at Wal-Mart and they actually performed work whereas Wal-Mart never touched a wrench. Oh, they also installed the 275/60R20 tire with no questions asked. So do yourself a favor, go to Wal-Mart for groceries but leave the service work to actual shops. Save yourself a headache.

Not sure if they even deserve one star. Made an appointment the day before for an appointment today at 8:00 a.m. as informed and arrived early. Waited for an hour and my vehicle was not even put inside. I informed attendant that I have other appointments and that I have already been there an hour. They moved the vehicle in and it sat there for another half an hour. I informed staff that I needed my vehicle and never did get tires put on. Walmart sucks as usual and this is why I hate Walmart. I am finished with their service and their stores, I will go elsewhere.

Got my tires balanced on 3/21/24, the same night the back driver tire started vibrating due to the wheel weights being incorrect. Told me it would be a 4-5 hour wait even though it was them that did it incorrectly in the first place. With a snow storm incoming.

Walmart is a great place for an oil change! I went in today for an oil change and asked about a TMPS sensor that had been blinking for a while. They said they could help with that as well for a very reasonable price. I am happy to report that they fixed that and exceeded my expectations. They charged me for one, but in investigating the others, ended up replacing an extra one at no charge! Brad was a life saver! Thank you Walmart! I will be coming back every time i need an oil change. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and value.

Bad service. I waited 4 hours to look at a tire. After 4 hours waiting they told me that all my 4 tires needs to be changed. I asked if I can change only 2 tires and they said no. That was not correct because I recently changed 4 tires at this place.
