I asked them to get an old RV road-ready and over 3 months, they said it was good to go. Let's forget that the entire break system was being rebuilt, but only when I showed up did they tell me there was no parking break. BUT how does a tire shop that seems to specialize in TRUCKS, not think of greasing the wheel bearings of an RV that hasn't been on the road in 20+ years?!?!?! Thankfully I was just South of St. Paul when my rear axle SNAPPED when the bearings melted! Not a drop of grease. Nice guys, but no attention to detail, quality or customer service. Thanks for a shortened trip and a massive tow bill on New Years Eve.

Best place to buy tires!! Price originally had Good Year Assurance tires on my jeep switched to Tiger Paw wow what a difference. The Jeep feels great and even handles bumps better and increased power.

Ok service, the mechanics seem to diddle around more than work on your car. They did (eventually) however get my car fixed and working perfectly again. So, 4 stars for the job, but minus a star for the lazy Young Mechanics

Went here to get my tires mounted and balanced they took over an hour and a half and then I had a shimmy in the steering after so I took to a new shop they told me tires were all balance wrong and rims were not cleaned with wire brush around bead! Charged me 65 bucks then I had to pay another 30 to get them properly balanced! total rip off they must have kids working in the back

I had them mount and balance one tire and they were fairly quick, they had it done within 10 minutes. However, they are a little pricy compared to other local shops. They charged me $30.60 to mount and balance only one tire.

I drove a half hour away today to get some tires and when I get there no one is at the desk so I wait for a few minutes even spoke up when I heard people talking on the other side of the wall asking hello anyone there no one responded so I left thank you for having me risk my safety for nothing

i came in having issues on friday, they were even able to get me in that day but due to my own schedule i wasn't able to, they still managed to get me in monday right away. it was a smooth and fast process and they did a great job! 10/10!!!

My Chevy truck was rear ended in an accident and when I thought it might be headed to the scrap yard...the guys at Southside went through it, explained the damages and were able to put her back together for me. They were straight forward, honest and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. The mechanic there is the best I've ever worked with and I would recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgable and helpful. They will get all my business from now on! Thanks guys!

My alternator crapped out in lake Hallie while I was headed to Greenbay for a family emergency. Being from out of town, the timing couldn't have been worse. I was able to park in a jiffy lube overnight and the next day Southside got me in right away! (After having had to drive over an hour to get back here) He was literally at the desk with the replacement part in hand. I'm so grateful for the incredible customer service and understanding. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need work done.

Edit: I thought they didn't balance my tires correctly but it turned out to be the rims. However when they put my spinner center caps back on one had a bolt ran through it, I managed to fix it but they need to pay more attention to customers property. Staff was friendly enough. Took them just over two hours to do 4 tires and a allingment.

I have to let everyone know about the professional service and the great experience I had. I needed tires and wasn't certain which would be best for me and my needs. Sam was very knowledgeable and explained the difference in the tires I thought I would get very the tires he suggested would be a better fit for me. He not only saved me extra money that I would have spent on the other tires, but also explained the difference between road noise, ride and quality of the tires. I have gone to Southside Tire for 3 or 4 different sets of tires over the years and have always received very professional attention and excellent customer service. I tell everyone about this great place. You have a great group of people working for you and your customers. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market for tires. Took a tire in on Friday as it kept going flat. Went to pick it and and asked what was wrong with it and was told not sure. I asked was it the valve stem? I was told yeah I think so. So I took the tire home and went to put it back on the suburban Saturday morning and it’s flat as flat can be. So I had to get it fixed as the wife works. Took it to another shop on Saturday and they found a nail in the face of the tire. So I called Southside on Monday to see if they can refund me the money as they didn’t fix the tire. Not even sure if they checked for a hole. I was told I should have brought it to them on Monday and they would have fixed it. Said that wasn’t an option as I was not having my wife drive around on a spare that long. Basically he told me they weren’t refunding the money. Horrible customer service. Will never be doing business with them again.

Got new tires and told them I was keeping my old tires. I was still charged for tire disposal. Worker at the counter was on the phone while checking me out. I could drive an hour one way to get it fixed im sure but doesn't seem worth it in the snow. -20 bucks for no reason. Frustrating experience.

After calling 6 other shops I finally found Southside Tire Co. & Automotive Repair. They were very helpful and understanding of my issue plus had time immediately to help with mounting the new tire! Great prices PLUS they have a nice and clean waiting room along with a vending machine and a play room for those with children! I recommend this shop to everyone who needs tire care for sure!
