Took a tire in on Friday as it kept going flat. Went to pick it and and asked what was wrong with it and was told not sure. I asked was it the valve stem? I was told yeah I think so. So I took the tire home and went to put it back on the suburban Saturday morning and it’s flat as flat can be. So I had to get it fixed as the wife works. Took it to another shop on Saturday and they found a nail in the face of the tire. So I called Southside on Monday to see if they can refund me the money as they didn’t fix the tire. Not even sure if they checked for a hole. I was told I should have brought it to them on Monday and they would have fixed it. Said that wasn’t an option as I was not having my wife drive around on a spare that long. Basically he told me they weren’t refunding the money. Horrible customer service. Will never be doing business with them again.

After calling 6 other shops I finally found Southside Tire Co. & Automotive Repair. They were very helpful and understanding of my issue plus had time immediately to help with mounting the new tire! Great prices PLUS they have a nice and clean waiting room along with a vending machine and a play room for those with children! I recommend this shop to everyone who needs tire care for sure!
