Absolutely terrible service! Spoke with Steve to get an estimate and scheduling. He put us off for weeks then said he couldn't help us. I was referred by rich from chilson motors but told him never to refer again. Terrible customer service 😑. Look elsewhere.

Do not go to Caliber for anything. They do not stand behind their work. Repair is less than two months old and is failing and manager blames me for the paint not sticking.

Steve, Jake, and all the guys at Caliber Collision were amazing. Caliber was easy to work with. I made the initial phone call, and they handled everything else, including insurance and rental car. They kept me up to date on the progress and time frame. I definently recommend Caliber Collision in Chippewa Falls.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! I scheduled service to have my bumper replaced through an insurance claim here. I showed up for my appointment and was told it could take 7 days before my truck was ready. Longer than I hoped, but it is what it is. After 2 days, I called to get a status update and was told I can pick my truck up and bring it back at a later date (2 weeks was the next available appointment) as they needed to order parts. Had I not called them, I would have never known to pick my truck up. Fast forward to my next appointment. I called the day before to confirm the appointment and was told its a go. This morning, I arranged transportation and went to drop my truck off. I walked in and was told that the parts arrived, but I would need to reschedule because they had too many cars in the shop being worked on. AGAIN- no update without me showing up there. I ended up having to cancel and find a new shop to have my bumper replaced. Horrible communication and service. I would not recommend this place to anyone..

Not sure what is up with the negative reviews, but I will tell you that I am 100% satisfied with Caliber's work. Had a rear end accident and chose Caliber Collision as they were one of the preferred shops of the other guy's insurance. 1st time customer. -The customer service was excellent. -They set realistic expectations of the repair time frame. (actually finished 4 days early) -There was constant text updates that included a link to a portal for your specific repair. -The quality of the finished work was amazing and they went a little above and beyond for me. 10/10 would recommend. Body repair is a tricky thing people... Sure you might just think you need a bumper, but what about what that attaches to? What about all the lines and hidden parts internally? Back up sensors/cameras, blinker lights wires, etc. If I had questions, I called and they provided clear answers with TATs. Thanks Caliber!

They honestly did a great job. Worked with Steve primarily, and he was very communicative and helpful with concerns/questions I had. The vehicle took a little longer to get back than what we had hoped, but he kept me informed every step of the way and gave me reasons why, didn’t just ghost me. IF I ever needed to return, I would 100% choose them again.

These guys are amazing to work with for all types of repairs. Steve went above and beyond to help get my vehicle in for repair asap after my insurance company dropped the ball for almost a month.
