If you're looking for a very pleasant experience and easy going attitude without any pushy sales tactics ask for Abby. I enquired about a vehicle on CarGurus on a Saturday and she reached out to me right away on Sunday (Prob her Off day, non business hours aka convenient for a working customer) and we were able to set soemthing up ahead of time for the following week. Couldn't be happier with my new Tacoma and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Markquart Toyota!

We bought a 2019 certified Tacoma yesterday. Abby Maliszewski and the rest of the team were all super to work with. They were all very fair and honest throughout the process. We live in Green Bay but our local Toyota dealer did not have the vehicle in stock that we wanted. We felt it was worth the drive to Eau Claire. I had my 2012 sienna worked on at Markquart toyota and they over charge me. Even ask the supervisor and they corrected for me but if I didn't say anything, I would have over paid. I also ask about the noise coming from the rear diff. (Nate) one of the supervisor says it was the alignment and tires. Already had the wheel bearing done on both sides myself. Didn't even bother to help me find the source and it took them 3 days to do alignment, recharge a.c and a sensor wiring harness. I found out what the noise was, it was the rear differential coupler. Markquart didn't take the time to ask what I knew about the problem instead they made their own opinion. My bill at the end came to $913.68 after I told them about there mistake. They just lost a loyal costumer.

We have purchased four Toyota vehicles since 2004 from Markquart Toyota and have had all of them serviced there even though we have to drive 50 miles to do so. The quality of the work done in servicing our vehicles has been outstanding and our service-related questions have always been satisfactorily answered. Toyota makes great vehicles and Markquart keeps them running very smoothly. The staff at Markquart Toyota is fantastic. Great product + great people = a very satisfied returning customer.

Made appointment to get brakes changed. Not only did they charge us 60 bucks more then what was originally said but also questioned why it would take 4 hours to change brake pads Randy J said because our vehicle wasn’t the only one being worked on. So what they are double dipping hours? In the end labor was 2/3’s the cost of the price for something as simple as brake pads. I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating and will never go back to have service done by them ever again. Nissan is a way better dealership with way better prices.

Overall decent experience. I went in for a 50k service. I was greeted immediately and kept in the loop throughout the service. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that I was told on the phone when I booked the appt, as well as onsite that it would only take an hour, and it ended up taking at least 2 hours. So setting realistic expectations would be much appreciated in the future so that I can plan accordingly (I had planned to wait there instead of line up a ride since it was only to take an hour).They also parked my car outside in the pouring rain once the service was done for me to pick up (I was already onsite) and told me they didn’t have room in the covered bay for it. Didn’t super appreciate that. I would have felt better taken care of if they had made it happen to where I didn’t have to walk out in the pouring rain to get to my car. So overall nice experience, but still felt like a big car company in how much I felt actually cared for and logistics-wise.

Have always received good service, but my recent appointment was disappointing as they now tack on a 3% fee if you pay with a credit card. My service tech was nice enough to get the fee waived this one time. Moving forward I'll be taking my Prius elsewhere. Seems ridiculous to me that a large dealership like this would shift what is typically seen as the cost of doing business, to the customer.
