Would not recommend. First time dealing with them 2 years ago was below average. Second time was a disaster. Improperly completed a repair on a driveshaft 2x and dented it, causing a vibration which lead to a transmission seal going out.

I thought I was having transmission issues and I wanted a professional opinion. I called and they got me right in. They did an inspection and it eneded up not being the transmission. He explained everything in detail and was so extremely nice and helpful. Its so hard in this day and age being a woman getting communication like we are a normal person. Most shops treat woman like we are dumb. NOT THIS PLACE!!!!! I am so thankful for the help and the way I was treated! You guys are amazing.

I own a 2014 Ford Escape, 70,000 miles. The transmission went out on it and I had no idea who to call as I never had a vehicle worked on in the Eau Claire area. I called half a dozen shops within the area and after a day of speaking with each shop, Midtown gave me the fairest quote by far. I brought my vehicle to them and they did a free diagnostic, letting me know that it was in-fact the transmission needing to be replaced. From the time they took my car in, to having parts ordered and replaced within my vehicle, took less than two weeks. They do fantastic work on vehicles at honest prices whether a customer knows anything about vehicles or not. They do NOT take advantage of customers who lack vehicle knowledge. Thank you guys once again for replacing my transmission, you did a fantastic job and she drives like new! UPDATE: I have put 50,000 miles on my transmission and she still purrs like a kitten.
