TLDR: Came in for tires on my 200k + mile car, they called back twice to tell me I needed things fixed. They said I had broken struts and needed two new tire rods. Got second opinion and only one tire rod was needing to be changed. Make sure you get a second opinion on any issues they call you about before letting them repair them. Right before Thanksgiving, I had an appointment to get a new set of tires and an alignment on my 2012 vehicle w/200k + miles. First they called me to discuss 3 tire sensor valves that were broken while removing the tire. I could replace with the free option and have my sensor light always on, or pay for each piece. I chose to pay, I don’t want my sensor light on all the time. Thirty minutes later they called again and said I have broken front struts that need replaced, and two loose tire rods. They had all the things needed for the repairs in stock and wouldn’t do the alignment without fixing that stuff which is understandable. But that would be another $800 worth of repairs. I said no, and to not even put the tires on, but they already put the tires on. So I paid for the tires and tire sensor valves and took my car to my regular mechanic. I’m not a car guy, but I have a great mechanic who knew the second I called him that I had one loose tire rod, and nothing else going on. He knows my vehicle better than I do. He confirmed all of this when I brought it to him the same afternoon. He and I raised the car up to look at it and only one tire rod was loose on the front. No cracking or leaking of my struts or springs, just some paint coming off, it’s a 2012, it’ll have that. Plus my car makes no noises when I go over bumps or anything like that. They do have affordable tire prices, but definitely get a second opinion if they tell you that you have things that need fixed. I cannot reply to your response for some reason, so I’m editing the initial review. No one showed me anything wrong with my car at your shop. I wasn’t in shop when the discoveries were made/tires were put on. I do not need a new spring on my strut assembly, my mechanic confirmed that. As I said, we already put it up on the lift and inspected each strut/spring. My mechanic and I also confirmed only one loose tire rod. I shook each tire myself with him. I will not be bringing my vehicle back. It’s being taken care of with my mechanic. Thank you.

After finding a bad valve stem in my tire last evening, I jumped online to find a tire shop for quick help. The reviews here were favorable and the competitors were not. I stopped in just before lunch today and asked for help. The schedule was full, with new appointments being set 9-days out. They said if I could leave the tire, they would get to it today or tomorrow. I received a call 2-hours later reporting it was done. When I arrived, I asked about an install and they mounted the tire as in less than 10-minutes.
